Nhìn chung, mọi thứ đều ổn. Khá sạch sẽ. Khách sạn vẫn còn mới và mọi thứ trông ổn. Hai ngày đầu tiên, nước trong hồ bơi có màu xanh lá cây, nhưng họ đã tích cực làm sạch nước và sau hai ngày, mọi thứ đều ổn. Phòng trẻ em đẹp.

Vệ sinh: Vệ sinh không tốt, khăn tắm bẩn, gối cũng bẩn. Dịch vụ: Hai chiếc gối quá bẩn. Tôi muốn thay chúng vào buổi tối nhưng lễ tân nói rằng tôi chỉ có thể thay một cái vì nghĩ rằng người giúp việc đã về nhà sau giờ làm. Môi trường: Máy điều hòa rất ồn, tiếng ồn từ đường phố không tốt và tôi không thể ngủ ngon vào ban đêm. Điều duy nhất ổn là bữa sáng

Khách sạn tốt, nhưng vị trí không tốt. Không có lối vào trực tiếp đến hồ, có hàng rào dài 1km ở phía trước, vì vậy để đến được hồ cần phải đi bộ 10-15 phút. Bữa sáng khá ổn, nhưng không hoàn hảo, không chắc là giá cả có phù hợp với giá trị hay không

We had a wonderful stay at **Sugar Marina Resort – Art – Karon Beach** with our 4-year-old child. The hotel is family-friendly and meet our expectations as shown in trip. The decor and furnishings are beautifully styled. The buffet breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a great mix of Asian and international options to suit all tastes. Our little one especially enjoyed the variety of fruit and pastries! The pool and playground amenities were fantastic for families—our child had a blast every day, and it gave us a chance to relax while still keeping him entertained. Most importantly, the service crew was warm, attentive, and genuinely earnest in making sure our stay was comfortable. Beach is easy access within 10min walk or use the hotel shuttle service. I recommend this place for families visiting Phuket!

Nice place, room a little small for 3 but still ok as bed is big. Good service. Only comment is water temp quite erratic as it will occasionally get very hot all of a sudden.

Had a great 3nites stay here. Was upgraded to pool view room, by the 4 front reception ladies. Friendly n good service. Breakfast spread was good n the dining hall huge n spacious. The room was clean n fair size. Would recommend this hotel. Good value.
