They were very accommodating and kind and clean and we would stay here again!

The first room I was given was flooded with water pouring out. The second room I was given was damaged and unclean with feces on the wall and burn marks everywhere. The third room was cleaner but there were burns marks on the blankets the the beds are misrepresented in the photos. They are more like cots.

Right next to Freeway, extremely noisy, no sound proof door or window. Bedspread and counter had cigarrete burns. One of two towels clean, one had disgusting yellow stains.

This property was very dated and the room was in terrible condition will not ever stay there again

Horrible and dirty room. Didnt have extra towels, couldn't make coffee, hairs on the sheets would come and change sheets they wanted us to bring down dirty sheets so they could wash then we take back and make our own bed. Just disgusting. I could go on and on. We left the last night and had to get a different room so we felt clean. No reimbursement!

The staff checking us in was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately our room was quite beat up and what looked like a small cockroach crawled out from under my clothes in the morning. Otherwise the room looked really clean.

My whole experience was terrible, i get to the hotel and was asked to wait while they get my room ready. This was at 8pm at night. 30 minutes later i get my room key. My daughter and i get to our room and the first problem, was thst it smelt like cigarettes, then i wemt to the bathroom and we had no toilet paper and the toilet wouldnt flush. I go back down and ask for a new room. The new room they gave me smelt like smoke and on the brand new towels has wads of hair on it. The counters had cigarette burn marks. It was a terrible place. Dont stay here, dont even think about staying here.

The bathroom needs replaced. Bed was ok. The heater/air conditioner had no markings for on/off temperature or fan speed. Staff on duty was very nice at check in.

This place was the dirtiest, filthiest and unprofessional place I’ve ever seen it was so bad that we didn’t even stay the night there, the staff was lazy and unaccommodating to the handicapped. Thank goodness we were only there for a concert in Phoenix. I felt so bad leaving my handicapped mother in law stay in a place like that for a few hours but she didn’t want us to miss the concert to find a better hotel. So she stayed there the few hours the concert lasted and then I picked her up and we drove back to Tucson. If this is the only place to stay at while you’re on the road just keep driving or sleep on your car you will probably be better off.
