The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. Free parking is a huge plus, and it is close to freeway without freeway noise. Quiet location but also close to a mall with tons of restaurants.

The hotel was very nice, but a bit on the expensive side. That said, the room was very comfortable. Only real issue we had was the team of girls soccer players that ran the halls and made a lot of noise. Not really the hotel’s fault, but at $300/night not what I would expect. They did try and contain them after enough complaints.

Bathroom needs updating. For what we paid, there should have been a walk in shower and not a shower/ tub combo. The floor wasn’t very clean.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, feces on chair and urine on bedside no coffee and dining facilities were closed.

It’s our go to place when visiting my sons in Phoenix. Convenient, clean and I feel safe about the area. The beds are very comfortable and I sleep well

When I checked in the acted as if I was bothering him. No greeting, just a terse "Do you have a room here?" All of the other staff was wonderful. Also, I specifically booked the hotel for the pool, and the pool was closed. I wish I would have known that before booking.

Overall really nice stay. The water went out for about an hour but they informed us all and had it back up and running promptly

The hotel was a staging point for my daughter’s wedding and bridal party. Rooms were clean and offered top notch toiletries. Mirrors clean and full to allow complete view of clothing. Reception area roomy allowing for family to gather. Breakfast offerings were wonderful and well stocked and drink service friendly and prompt.

We had a very nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was very clean in the room. There was a scent in our room that was unfavorable to me. I have extreme allergies and am very sensitive to any scents. I wish all hotels understood this and used scent-free detergents for bedsheets and towels, etc. Couldn't quite pinpoint where smell was coming from. Overall, a nice experience. Super convenient location as we flew into Deer Valley Airport and rented a car from Enterprise, both just up the road.
