We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours. The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins. We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze. We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed. After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed. In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful. If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

比較舊的酒店了，設施比較落後；有免費穿梭巴士，離機場也不遠；攜程預付費的，前台辦理的老大爺非説我沒付錢，扣了我300多美金，後來找攜程介入，第二天又去找經理解決，過了快一個月才退回來，以後不會再訂這個了

My only negative complaint was that the front foyer was scary and loud. The music was way too loud. There were people not associated with the hotel seated in the immediate vicinity. It was not an inviting area at all. EVERY other aspect of the hotel were totally awesome, wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2 am and they had us in our room within 5 min and allowed a late checkout so we could get some sleep. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The best way to review this hotel is to say it was fine. The room was fine, the service was fine, the cleanliness was fine, the bed was fine. The only thing that was not fine was the pillows, they have the typical huge foam ones that hurt your neck to sleep on. The really nice thing is that the tram to the airport stops just across the street, makes it very convenient to make your flights. I would definately stay here again.

Service calls ignored multiple times, trash all over the parking lot and garage, one elevator out of service doors, wide open with tape across them. Limited hot water.

Had a lovely time here! Felt clean, well maintained, and I loved that the gave a breakfast voucher since I hate paying for breakfast at hotels. Wonderful experience!

Subpar experience. Didn’t think Crowne Plaza operated 2 star properties. We won’t be back.

Crown Plaza was just average . Old and outdated . An RCA tv, do they still sell RCA tvs? I ordered a glass of wine at the bar , she charged me for 2 . I questioned her and her answer was to give me a glass to go instead of a refund. I felt its overpriced for outdated it was .

Very busy hotel, restaurant not open only the bar. Staff was friendly, the food was ok. Room was by laundry and the smell was pretty awful. No hot water in the morning. Very expensive for one night. Shuttle to airport was a bonus. Close to airport but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Our room had doors to 2 adjoining rooms (not by request). We could hear the conversations of our neighbors. Otherwise the room met our needs for a short nights stay after a late flight. Staff were all very friendly and attentive.
