WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED Homes are cleaned and sanitized by two cleaners for approximately 4 hours between guests. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $95 if requested (perfect for clean freaks). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, pool will be whatever the nighttime temperature is. If you would like the pool to be heated to a comfy 80-85* it is only a fee of $150/night plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. Hot Tub (Heated and Serviced for $100/Tax Per Stay-Visit) DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur.
