Excellent apartment. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent place to stay especially if anyone is travelling with friends or family. Would highly recommend. The surrounding area is also very peaceful and safe.

Spacious room, best fits with friends and family. Great amenities. Good staffs and nice location where easy access to restaurants and convenient store. Will stay again next time.

Very good and clean, new service apartment. Facilities are exceptional. It's impressive that they provide a rice cooker in the room which is quite essential for me who eat rice everyday. Thank you for everyday big cup of Ice coffee at Breakfast time.

First time in Granferte. Looks like an office building outside. Room layout is nice and practical. Ideal service apartment. dismerit is both towels are totally torn! Really Surprised me if the room attendant had a fight with the boss. Amenities have 2 Razors, 2 Soaps, 2 Lotions, 2 Conditioners, 4 Shampoos with 1 bottle half empted but no shower gel?! This is an impact to such nice hotel.

This is a hotel in a nice area of Phnom Penh. Service is nice and there is a minimart downstairs.

離機場，永旺2都很近，應該是新區，周邊環境不錯，附近餐廳也不少，房間設施很好，有廚房，可以自己做菜，nice~

昨天晚上獨自值班的柬埔寨男前台工作人員很不友好 兩個人房間只有四瓶飲用水 喝完了下去讓送點再 説要自己購買

출장으로 갔을때 가끔씩 숙박합니다. 3room 은 가성비가 좋습니다. Granferte hotel 에서는 조식, 청결, 시설 수리가 필요하다는걸 알아주세요 - 조식은 다른 호텔들이 좋아지고 있다는 점을 참고해주세요 - fabric sofa 는 세탁이 필요해 보입니다 - 방의 에어컨 청소 / 세탁기의 정상적인 작동 여부를 확인해주세요 - 고객이 방에 들어가기전에 전기 메인 차단기를 올려 놓아 주세요 저의 리뷰는 한번의 경험이 아닌 2~3번의 경험에서 쓰고 있습니다 위 사항을 개선해주시면 좋은 리뷰를 남기도록 하겠습니다
