Apart from the drainage issues in the bathroom, the stay was mostly uneventful. Service staff was warm and service recovery was prompt.

Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!

This hotel will really give you the best service that you can ever imagine! Mr Pisal from the bar, will give the excellent mixed drink and pleasant. Mr Vichea will give you a good assistance on taking your luggages. Ms Vatey and Mr Rimsour from reception have good demeanour to welcome you! These people will serve you with a big smile! 😃 Happy to stay in this hotel!

We stayed at the Novotel hotel BKK1 for only one night but this one night was enough for us to have a great experience. We had a nice room at the corner of the building on the 16th floor and the view was spectacular. We loved the style of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Brand new and the first Novotel hotel in Phnom Penh. Checked in for a staycation. All staff were professional, all served with smile and dedication. Food and drinks at lobby and executive lounge are of good quality and variety. Breakfast buffet spread is a bit limited at the moment but I can order from menu and cooked to order. Famous Bodia Spa and massage, Gym and swimming pool is on the fifth floor.

10/10 for the staff very friendly and efficient. Great location and this hotel is new so very clean and modern, pool area is great and kid friendly!! Close to restaurants, bars, markets. Easy taxi ride from the airport on arrival and departing.

The brand new Novotel Phnom Phenh BKK1 sets a new benchmark in terms of design quality, attentive staff and food innovation. Our stay was during the Trial Run and was all too short but the memories of how special we were made to feel, for our anniversary, will always stay with us. Nothing was too difficult for Natalie, Chef Pascal and the Team. The accommodation was impeccable and the views over Phnom Penh magnificent; especially at night. We are already planning our next longer stay.

Nestled in the bustling central BKK 1 district, I just loved being in this beautiful brand new hotel decorated in a plush modern style with a delicate touch of Eastern details. Stunning, super comfy and cool bedroom + bathroom with the most incredible view over the capital city and the Mekong river! Such a smiling and tactful staff together with the most delicious breakfast. Novotel BKK 1 is definitely the place to be and whenever I am back in PP I will definitely choose to stay there. Very smooth experience and TOP HOTEL. EXCELLENT!
