Great hotel. Very friendly and especially helpful staff that meet you on the dock upon arrival by speedboat or ferry they'll take care of your bags from the dock to your room while guiding you the whole way. Check in quick and simple great rooms clean Great bed aircon bathroom etc. everything you need. Will not be disappointed . Location is good too.

Incredible location. Market shops right outside and 5 minutes to both beaches. Staff were super helpful and friendly with good language. Room was really clean and was cleaned with new towels every day. Would definitely recommend

The location was just ok, certainly not bad, but my room was great. Clean, big, great bed. All that was needed and more. Always go for trip top choices. I don’t think they ever steered me wrong 😊 If asked for only one number it would be 5

Неплохой отель для недолгой остановки на Пхи-пхи. В некоторых номерах есть маленькие балконы, что очень удобной . На крыше гамаки.

ห้องนอนไม่ใหญ่มากค่ะ แค่คือสะดวกสะอาด สามารถเดินไปชายหาด ชมวิว ขึ้นเรือลงเรือ สะดวกหมดเลยค่ะ ใกล้ร้านนวด ใกล้ 7-11 เพินทางสะดวกมากค่ะ ชอบๆ

Excelente hotel, instalações novas e atendem a necessidade. Houve duas falhas no chuveiro, que foram prontamente resolvidas. Equipe de funcionários do hotel muito atenciosa, simpática e receptiva. Recomendo!

The room was really clean and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom a little smelly but no issues. It is mildly noisy (we were downstairs right at the back of the long corridor) and there were complimentary ear plugs provided but not needed. The staff were helpful and relatively friendly. It’s a great location and there is a lot happening around the place.

Very pleasant stay, hotel is well located for both Ton Sai Pier and Loh Dalam Bay. Ever though the hotel is well located in the centre of town it is quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. We upgraded to the deluxe room and it was MASSIVE. staff were very helpful. We would stay again

We booked two nights here initially but our travel plans changed. When I requested a refund on ***********, the hotel never responded to any of my messages. Instead I had to call them, and when I did so the front desk was extremely unhelpful and refused to refund even one of our two nights even though we were giving advance notice and the hotel will clearly fill our room since it’s already close to fully booked and it’s high season. Glad we didn’t end up staying here due to the reviews on distasteful smells and bugs, but in the end the poor customer service soured my interaction with them completely.

We stayed here for three nights whilst in phi phi. The location is great, the staff helpful, and rooms were clean. The photos show exactly what you’re getting. We stayed on the top floor, and we think this definitely helped with the noise, we couldn’t hear a huge amount! Would stay here again when in phi phi.
