Một khách sạn dễ chịu gần bến tàu đảo Phi Phi, nhưng đủ xa trung tâm ồn ào. Chỗ ở đủ cho chỗ ở ngắn hạn, hồ bơi đẹp, bữa sáng hợp lý, bãi biển riêng và chợ nhỏ.

Wonderful place to be, the area is just amazing. Small villa houses, very nice and a clean, nice pool area. Just drums up 👍🏻 only issue check out at 11am, if you like to use the morning for diving it too less time. Every hour more costs 400 baht. Therefore no 5 stars.

This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice.

Good breakfast Good Swimming pool Best location at Tonsai beach I recommend this place when you start trip To Maya beach and all around , You can take the boat easily .

DON’T STAY HERE! We had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The service was so bad. Reception staff treated us very bad. The location is not good, too far from everything. Room was not good, not clean, toilet was not working, shower was not working properly… after check out the reception staff told us that we had to walk to the pier, no bags transportation. It took us almost 30 minutes to reach the pier from the hotel. Staff not friendly. EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED STAY HERE.

Amazing accommodation in the quiet part of Koh PhiPhi but only 10/15 to the center and party area. The bungalows are so beautiful and the swimmingpool is just perfect. Only the breakfast was not that good. Every day everything was empty and we had to ask all the time to refill.

Check out under time pressure did not work out, as hotel needed time to check the room. Of course it was our fault to be late but the service staff could have been nicer (blamed us to come earlier next time instead of speeding up the process). Hotel has a great location and pool though.

Great location next to the beach, with a lovely pool. Location wise a 5/10 minute walk away from the more touristic part of Phi Phi, but that makes it a bit less crowded and noisy. Definitely would recommend staying here. Great breakfast as well!

【入住即享午夜驚魂套餐：停電桑拿+馬拉松特訓+人工**客服體驗】 貴店真是把用户體驗玩出了新高度！三伏天午夜 22 點突然斷電，讓顧客在40℃的蒸籠裏上演真人版《荒島求生》。打了十幾遍客服電話才驚覺，原來貴店的夜間服務是人工智能客服——根本不存在！被迫上演午夜狂奔戲碼，穿着睡衣穿越漆黑走廊時，恍惚以為貴店貼心安排了沉浸式**探險項目。 前台那位撲克臉接待員堪稱業界典範，聽完血淚控訴後，露出了堪比AI機器人的標準微笑："可能是跳閘了呢"。貴司員工培訓手冊裏是不是寫着"道歉算我輸"的黃金準則？建議把店名改成"避暑山莊"，畢竟讓客人在午夜汗流浹背做高温瑜伽的創新服務，全城也找不出第二家 從斷電到複電的 20 分鐘裏，我深刻領悟了貴店的經營哲學：空調可以停，服務可以癱，但甩鍋技術永遠在線。這種教科書級的災難應急響應，建議申報非物質文化遺產。最後温馨提示：計劃體驗原始人生活的朋友請認準此店，記得自備手電筒，蒲扇和速效救心丸！

很喜歡的酒店，獨棟小屋，房間離海邊很近，總有小貓客人光顧我的小屋，每次出海和回普吉的船票我也直接前台定的，期待再次入住。

絕對是超出預期的一次入住體驗，居住的小屋、大堂、泳池都很有度假的感覺，尤其是二樓的早餐廳，可以俯瞰泳池和海邊的風景，全家都對這裏讚不絕口。

Отель очень понравился. Отличное расположение - свой пляж с лежаками в 50 м, недалеко до пирса и всех развлечений в центре, при этом вечером очень тихо. Очень понравились завтраки - большой ассортимент, красиво оформленная подача. Единственный недостаток - в ресторане жарко, но это все-таки Таиланд, там везде жарко. Прекрасное бунгало, есть все необходимое - кондиционер, холодильник, сейф, фен. Самое главное - кондиционер не дует на кровать. Наверное, это один из лучших отелей на Пхи-Пхи. Если снова приедем, то обязательно в этот отель.
