Petrie Mill Motel

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, had all the basics and was secure. They have a laundry and a dessert and cocktail lounge. No swimming pools or gyms but if you’re looking for a basic, clean, and very reasonably priced motel, this is the one. Staff made it feel homely and there’s a supermarket next door, as well as the local pub and a few other essential stores

I recently spent three nights at the Petrie Mill Motel while attending an event at Dayboro. The motel itself was clean and well maintained, the rooms were a good size, and it is well priced. The location is great with a small shopping center next door and multiple dining options within easy walking distance (including an onsite café that does great breakfasts). Without a doubt the stand out had to be the wonderfully friendly and helpful managers – from the moment we arrived we were treated like lifelong friends rather than just customers. The mattresses would not suit everyone as they are very soft but in saying that very comfortable also. The only issue I noticed was a lack of parking - there simply isn’t enough car parks for the number of guests if all the rooms were full. All in all, it’s great motel in a great location and I would be happy to stay there again.

Awesome place to stay .staff were wonderful would definitely reccomend.rooms were clean , good size and beds comfy .shopping centre a short uber away .courtesy bus for bowls club picks you up and drops you home .supermarket next door as well as bakery and cafe and Chinese.
