Facilities hours are off (9am to 7pm), so you can never use them Food is below average for Jordan Rooms are ok, functional - nothing luxurious Probably more of a 3.5* than a 5 They may have given me a room where pervious guests smoked. It had a lingering thing that made me cough. Or was it dust?

An unforgettable experience at H Luxury Hotel in the heart of Petra! From the very first moment, the staff welcomed us with smiles and genuine attention to our comfort. The rooms were spotless and equipped with all modern amenities, featuring elegant decor that adds a touch of luxury. The location is perfect, close to the archaeological sites, making it easy and quick to access ancient Petra. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with breathtaking mountain views. A very nice hotel- didn't score it 5 stars because the pool and jacuzzi area opening times (8am to 6pm) are not really hotel guests friendly. The time don't really work if you want to start hiking Petra trails before 8am or arrive in the evening after 6pm. It was particularly disappointing as that was one of the reasons why I selected this hotel. The food was delicious and the rooms very comfortable. The chef and bell boys were very welcoming and friendly.

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was also very good. It’s very close to the Petra site as in walking distance and the facilities are modern and new. The bathroom and bed were very good and very clean. Really enjoyed my stay.

A beautiful hotel located perfectly in Petra. Me and my partner stayed for two nights and we would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Petra. H Luxury was located a couple of minutes away from the Petra Visitor Centre (Entrance to the Treasury) and a 5 minute drive from downtown Petra. It was beautifully and modernly decorated, all areas were clean and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The rooms had comfy beds and were very spacious, with a good sized bathroom and a balcony. The bedrooms came with toiletries and robes and slippers for a comfy evening, and a snack fruit bowl for when we arrived. Though I don't usually care I feel my partner would be disappointed if I didn't add about the A/C - it worked perfectly and kept us cool (he's obsessed with good A/C and he had no complaints ..😂) The pool area was inside and had a small jacuzzi (we found that although outside was very hot, the water was cold and so we settled for the warmer jacuzzi, though this was more luke warm - perfect for what we wanted) The breakfast was nice - eggs available to be made on request - and lots of juice, hot drinks and water, with a buffet selection of cheese/fruit/cakes/nuts and cereal and bread. We found the hotel was quiet when we visited however we were told this was due to the ongoing issues with Israel - my only thoughts on this was how unfortunate for the hotel as it deserved to be enjoyed by lots of guests. The staff were all really polite and welcoming, remembering our names and room number and welcoming us back when we returned each day. We particularly liked that every time we returned to the hotel from a long day, we were greeted with hibiscus juice. We loved the juice and asked one of the staff how it was made. When we were checking out of the hotel, the staff member that brought us the juice every day, ran out of the hotel after us with a large bottle of said juice as a gift. This touched us and we are extremely grateful as the staff member expected nothing in return. Thank you so much and thank you H Luxury

I had the most incredible stay at H Luxury Hotel in Petra! The service was exceptional, and the location near Petra made exploring so convenient. Eyaz and Mohamed were absolute gems; they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay unforgettable.
