Best Inn

The room looked nothing like it was advertised. It smelled like pets and cigarette smoke. No base board on the walls in the room. The place has a roach infestation. The rooms and the whole facility are in poor condition. It may have been tolerable if the wifi was decent. There is nothing really good to say about that place other than at least you have a place to lay your head. I definitely wouldn’t recommend though.

The office was open late and was very amiable; the room had beds that were soft and sort of old, but given the price, I sort of expected this. The linens were clean. The bathrooms and carpet are old. There was an interesting clientelle in the back sitting on the curb, but they did not bother me, just sat there. I was not afraid. Security could have been a bit better (open door all night at the back). dts/usa

As soon as we walking in the room we noticed the condom wrappers on the floor and the towels were disgusting. With other places being booked and being expensive, we had to stay here. Early morning, I got up to use the bathroom and as soon as I flipped on the light a roach ran across the bathroom sink. When I laid back in the bed, the bed came off the frame. We had to get up and fix it. While fixing the bed we noticed a bigger black stain on the bed sheets. When moving the bed we saw dead bugs between the wall and the bed. When I showed the manager the pictures of the bugs I was told “well you stayed”. This property is disgusting and so are the people.

very rundown and was not very compatable for handicap guests the bathtub was not very safe for handicap guests. though the staff were very nice and helpful the only thing good about this place!!!!

nothing is clean start from the stairs and the entrance, and I was shocked as I thought that Best Inn is one of the best Hotel and I was blindsided by ******* for making it looks good in the photo and even stated that there is a free continental breakfast, but it was not. My room was not clean nor could find something decent and the lady ( Stacy ) she was very helpful and very pleasant but not much she could do to help me . Door had so much issue that I have to go back and force to her and she went with me twice to help. I did not have any choice because I arrived late from the airport and very tired. Several cucarachas were seen did and alive on the floor and crawling in the bathroom, only two pillow very old and flat, Bed sheet is dirty, mattress cover was ripped off and not intact. I do request a refund as I will never book ever again by *******, and I am planning to share my experience across all social media. I have taken all the photos to support my claim and I demand a fair and reasonable response and compensation to what I had to go through and live it.

My only concern is that there were bugs in my room and it became quite a nuisance.

Extended wait to check in. Dirty room, dirty towels, no lightbulbs in room. Complete darkness. Bathroom falling apart.

I had to check out due to the their room having roaches in the bathrooms and walk ways.

We had a horrible experience, there were broken windows in the hotel, the curtains tied, very, very smelly of cigarettes, dangerous environment, we couldn't stay, very ugly, we lost our money, I don't recommend it at all
