On arrival we was cautious with mixed reviews, however I’d not worry the hotel is very clean, we had 2 rooms as a family of 5 and cleaned daily towels changed every other day, food was a small section than previous trips we’ve had but we ate well for breakfast lunch and dinner. There’s a snack section twice a day ice cream served 3:30-5pm the only bit we didn’t enjoy was the drinks, they was very poor the soft drinks very syrupy very sweet and not good, the alcohol one larger and wasn’t the best and all spirits was watered down and not the best either. The evening entertainment wasn’t great but we have elder children who wasn’t fussed and entertained themselves and there was a games room which was ok. A massive plus to the bar staff very friendly drinks offered around the pool, and meal times and the entertainment guy who does the water sports and bingo etc is hilarious and a great guy. And finally Cyprus itself is amazing plenty to do, very clean and beautiful beaches.

This hotel is nice but could be better in some parts. The decor is nice throughout with some bits needing work as it’s unfinished. Food is really good but due to the hotel extending the restaurant is still same size so can be busy and hard for staff to get food out with the large demand. My advice is get in early to avoid big ques. Nice play park in the shade for kids however most the toys, swings and slides were broken. Plenty of beds available in the day apart from weekends which seemed busier. Rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. Around the hotel is a short walk to the beach with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A good path a long the beach will lead you to Protaras beach which is busy so get there early. All surrounding bars are good especially Spectrum Pub and station pub. Just avoid place called Mojito, overpriced and bad service. Overall not a bad place to go, food and drink are good but bits on the hotel let it down slightly.

Myself and my 15yr old son stayed at this hotel for a week. We stayed in a twin room on the 5th floor. It had a sea view and was quiet. The room looked fresh and even though under the bed was not clean, the bathroom and usable space was clean. The shower was great, hand held and rain shower with good pressure and temperature. The food was decent for a three star place. Only thing that could make this better is if they provided a microwave to just warm your food as sometimes due to it being a buffet it was luke warm. Also no ice cream at meal times . I have never stayed in a hotel where this is the case. Ice Cream was only available between 3.30pm and 5pm. The two pools were busy but we always managed to get a sun bed whatever time we went to the pool. Downside to the pool is that during the main heat of the day there was no shade at all. Around 4pm there started to be a little shady area. I’m not a massive drinker but the drinks I had were nice. I liked the San Francisco. There is a lobby bar which is not open. This is a shame as would be nice to sit in the air conditioning of an evening and chill. We didn’t watch any of the entertainment but don’t think we missed out. Overall a nice hotel out of town but walkable to the beach. We walked to a crazy golf place which we both enjoyed. Also went on a boat trip and swam with turtles and did the Magic Dancing Waters Show in Protaras. Only thing you need cash for was the buses. We used the buses a few times. They were 2 euros each daytime and 3 euros after 9pm and very regular. I would go back to this hotel.

We arrived as a family of 6 .. 4 adults 2 teenagers first impressions were good … Beds comfy Food was disgusting two of us became ill so had to eat out drink are warm from the bar ! Restaurant also not big Enough for the hotel Size Had to ask for beds and towels to be changed after 4 days and not cleaned properly But the worse is to come My daughter booked a trip and paid a deposit to the blue lagoon ( which by the way was FANTASTIC) She left the deposit receipt and the rest of the money hidden in the room as we don’t trust the safes as they can override them .. we know this as it’s been done before !! Hey Presto We caught 2 cleaners in the room With there handbags and the money was missing !!! Police now have to be involved Hotel we believe know this happened but cause they won’t admit it ( even though they have cctv of both of them Coming from the room ) which I might say is not allowed 2 cleaners or handbags say nothing can be done Please guys leave NOTHING IN YOUR ROOM OF VALUE .. Entertainment was bad and loud until 12.30 At night and the balcony’s are Glass allThe way down Pool area very slippy saw 2/3 people fall over.. mats were then put down for that day !!! All in all pool area nice, beds comfy friendly staff We had an amazing time in Cyprus and are coming back but not to this hotel !! We only sunbathed by the pool and did everything else outside of hotel I don’t normally do a review like this but .. Going through peoples Property and stealing hard earnt money is a no !! Simple

Sorry only just came round to doing a review I went in may the weather was fantastic very hot in its 30's.the hotel was very clean. Pools was lovely good size to have a good swim lots of sunbeds no matter what time of day only fault I could find the pool area could have done with a good hose down as very dusty but this might have been from farmers working the land next door and the loud music from the dar I was on the fourth floor but I might as well been on the first floor. Next time if I go back I we take ear plugs. But in enjoyed my stay. Ps you get little water bottles with your own name on them but I did not get one.

Solid 3,5 stars. Great communication with nearby beaches and the city centre – the bus stop is located almost right in front of the hotel. If you need medications, souvenirs, drinks, or markets – everything is close to Papouis. The food was also alright. I really enjoyed the pasta with pesto! It was fresh and clean. I personally didn’t like the meat or the desserts much – the texture of the meat wasn't to my liking, but that’s just a personal preference. I didn’t get a chance to try the ice cream or snacks. No issues with taking small portions of food from the dining hall back to your room. The reception desk was also helpful, we even received cute bottles with our names on them, which could be refilled at the filtered water dispenser in the corridor (just remember not to leave your plates or food leftovers there!). One of a few inconveniences was the elevators. There are just two for the whole hotel, so you might have to wait a bit. Corridors were clean and smelled nice. However, room cleaning could be improved. While the cleaning lady was very kind (she brought us extra beach towels when we asked), the cleaning itself was lacking – the shower gel was empty for several days, and the floor wasn’t cleaned properly. That said, we felt safe leaving our belongings in the room, and housekeeping didn’t come too early in the morning like in some other hotels. The rooms looked just like in the photos. We didn’t pay for a view, but we still had a nice city view with some mountains in the background – definitely better than just looking at bushes or walls. Before coming, I read a lot of reviews about people waking up early to reserve sunbeds by the pool. It’s true that the ones closest to the pool were taken early, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected – you could always find a spot for two, just a bit further away. Plus, there are two pools, so no need to worry too much. I was positively surprised by the dining service – every time we entered, staff would approach and ask if we wanted something to drink, and even reminded us if they were about to close so we could take a bit more food. Even at the pool, someone would come by and ask if we wanted drinks. One downside was communication. At the bar, we often asked for drinks without ice, but most of the time they still came with ice. A simple “Could you repeat that?” would help avoid that issue. Still, the drinks were tasty and well-prepared. What annoyed me the most was the door-slamming at night. People were loudly banging their doors almost all night long, laughing and talking loudly at 1am – it felt like they didn’t care at all about quiet hours. If you’re a light sleeper, keep in mind that weekends can be noisy due to the hotel’s location near a nightlife area – even with the windows closed, the music was very loud and made it hard to sleep. A nice bonus was the wide selection of TV channels for different nationalities – for example, there were French channels available. There was also a fun event
