Pernera Beach Hotel

HONESTLY THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER! I went with my family of 5 for a 2 week holiday there and I will Never regret going. First of all I would like to thank Flavio and frank and all other entertainment team because they made every night social and every day active packed. We could do yoga, French boules, volleyball, darts and pool (killer pool) during the day. Food was honestly the also super! Eachday at the kamaras restaurant the food will change and that's really good if you Want to try new things. Already said I wanna go back to Cyprus over 1000 times my parents are finding it annoying but out of my other two times in Cyprus this tops it. Gosh I have so much more to say but words can't express how good this was. Staff-they were so kind each and every one was perfect. Thanks pernera beach Hotel for making this trip beautiful and tell Flavio and Frank Sara said Hi Ps. I still have my wristband after 10 days I left, wanna have a piece of cyprus always with me ❤️

I stayed at Pernera Beach Hotel for a week with my husband. The hotel and grounds were spotless. The building sits between two small bays which are accessible from the grounds. There is also access to a 4km-long boardwalk on which you can walk or cycle all the way down to Fig Tree Bay. The pool area is kept very clean and there is an adult-only section. There are plenty of sunbeds available both around the pool and looking out to sea. All of the staff are very attentive and friendly, I could not fault them. We were pleasantly surprised to see the gym had brand new Techno Gym equipment and a good selection of weights. We stayed all inclusive and made use of the lounge bar and the buffet restaurant although we could have eaten in one of the other on-site restaurants for free as part of our package. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a great selection. Particular highlights include the breakfast which had a selection of local produce. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating of me as I have a gluten allergy. I particularly wanted to mention Maria who was most attentive. Most of the buffet selection at lunch and dinner has allergens marked on a card, and if you’re not sure, you can ask the staff who are very helpful. The rooms were well equipped and had British plug sockets, a kettle, fridge, and safe. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced. The beds were a little on the hard side. Our room - 416 - had a stunning view of Pernera Beach.

Visited with my mother in end of august. The sun was shining, the temperature around 28-30 day and night, we loved that. We enjoyed every moment. The sun beds are good quality and comfortable with soft mattresses and we didn’t stress to get the beds there’s always beds somewhere with great views by the pool or the sea. We appreciated the separate pool area for children and adults. Outdoor shower, bathrooms close by. Easy to visit the sea or the pool for a swim. We had great service at the pool and snack bars. Friendly and excellent service from everyone we met. Snackbar, salty fried food, burgers, onion rings, chicken nugget, fresh salads and fruits. Aqua aerobics every day was a great time to do when walking around the area was a bit hot these days. We had many different choices on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Fresh salads, fruits, grilled meat and fish. Home made pancakes and omelettes. Variation in themes for dinner, indian cusine, mexican, greek and more. Always super fresh. We chose to sit in the smaller dining area ”outside” downstairs with views over the sea and beach. It was less crowded and very relaxing. Many thanks to the support by all staff for fixing seating and helping with drinks and chatting with us. You all are wonderful to your guests. The rooms and beds are comfortable and we had seaview that is amazing. Cleaning exellent in the rooms and all over the hotel. Something that we really noticed and worth mentioning. There is a safe and hairdryer, water kettle, fridge. We had massage at the spa. Deep tissue. Highly recommended. Safe, helpful. We also visited the gym for some strength training. Could be bigger, got crowded when we went there. But the space is good if you are 2-3 persons. Bring: Hair schampoo and conditioner. Especially if your hair needs extra treatment. The shower have fresh hair&body schampoo and will be enough for shorter hair. We asked for conditioner but it is not available. This is also a good thing. We noticed the sustainable environment the hotel is working for. We were asked to use and refill water bottles, that was easy to fill and reuse. And they are not handing out plastic bottles of schampoo or conditioners when not needed. Also they tried to decrease the use of one-use-items by the pool area. Thank you for taking care of us. A truly fabulous hotel with excellent staff who simply couldn’t do enough for us. Maria in the restaurant was amazing, as was Mr Sam. All the staff at the reception were great. Rachel in kids club was just brilliant, our kids loved her! Theo in the A la Carte restaurants, the chef in the breakfast restaurant and pretty much everyone in between. We needed an extra bed as the kids decided they didn’t want to share a sofa bed. Before the end of the day an extra bed was in the room. Our daughter is gluten free and the food was amazing and the attention of the staff and chef to ensure she had her dietary needs met was incredible.

Arrived at the hotel on 13th August, first impressions were good other than a drunk man from a wedding group of 52 who was shouting and telling us all his negatives views about the place, great way to start your holiday! Entertainment team Andrei and Flav were amazing, there talent night was the highlight of the evening entertainment, a real credit to the hotel. We tried both bookable restaurants, Asian and A la carte - both amazing. Buffet and breakfast were both equally as good, plenty choice and variety, one of our group had a Peanut Allergy and she commented it was one of the best all inclusive for her, all food labelled appropriately. Only downside for us as a group of 4 was getting sun loungers on a morning. The loungers/pool open at 8am. You cant reserve any loungers prior to 8am, any towels placed before this time are swiftly removed by the Lifeguards, this can lead to some confusion as guests who have placed towels prior to 8am turn up and think the person lying on that particular lounger has removed the towels - its not its the Lifeguards, any towels removed prior to 8am can be collected from Lifeguard station. The Ques for the loungers start from 7am and one guest may have multiple towels so if they are before you in the que then it makes it harder to get a lounger, some guests we seen had 8 towels each. This was something new to us, queuing for a lounger? Its probably a hard situation to resolve, maybe all loungers are available to book the night before on the Hotel App, like the Restaurant reservation system you can only book the amount of people in your room, gives everyone a fair chance and you wouldn't have to get up early to get a lounger? Number all loungers and create a map of the area they are in? We done an excursion on the Aphrodite Cruise boat down the Turtle Bay and the Blue Lagoon, highly recommended, we got to see three turtles, boat pick up is a 10min walk from hotel. All in all a great hotel, apart from getting loungers.

The room is good. Location is very good.And the stuff is very nice special the girls from Czech. They smile everytime and they did there job very well.
