The Garni Hotel Sibiria, a hotel of the Perm Hotel Chain of the same name, is located in the historical and cultural center of Perm, within walking distance from the Opera and Ballet Theater, the City and Regional Administration, bank offices, shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as two blocks from the embankment of the Kama River.

36 comfortable rooms of the "Accommodation & Breakfast" format are offered for the accommodation of guests. Rooms of the Comfort, Standard, Standard Plus and Studio categories (Ars-hotel) with a total area of 17 to 21 sq.m., equipped with modern electronic locks, all necessary furniture, beds with orthopedic mattresses and high-quality linen, refrigerator, tea area, ironing facilities, digital TV, telephony, free Wi-Fi, a set towels, a bathrobe, disposable slippers and hygiene products. For a more comfortable stay, Standard, Standard Plus and Studio rooms (Ars-hotel) are equipped with air conditioning.
Access to Studio rooms (Ars-hotel) is provided from the pedestrian zone of Petropavlovsk Street through a separate entrance on the 1st floor of the Teatralny Building, which makes hotel accommodation more autonomous. Registration and issuance of key cards for guests of Studio rooms (Ars-hotel) is carried out at the reception at the Garni Hotel Sibiria, 2nd floor.
An extended continental breakfast is served in the cozy lobby bar of the hotel on the 2nd floor in a Buffet format: on weekdays from 7:30 to 11:00, on weekends and holidays from 8:00 to 11:30, In exceptional cases, it is possible to serve a set menu.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
On the 2nd floor of the Garni hotel there is a comfortable space for relaxation and a workplace equipped with a computer and printer.

適合出差居住，附近交通便利，前台服務很好，房間衞生打掃的及時，，用餐方便，包含早餐。附近想逛街也方便，還會再來。

Wir waren im Januar 2025 mehrere Tage privat in Perm und haben in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen und die Nächte waren eine Erholung! Alle(!) Mitarbeiterinnen im Hotel waren aufmerksam, freundlich, höflich und immer hilfsbereit und sprechen zum Teil auch Englisch!!! Das ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich! Essen ist immer eine Frage des Geschmack, aber wir möchten das Frühstück als sehr lecker bezeichnen! Man hat die Möglichkeit, zwischen Müsli und gekochten Eiern, Aufläufen und Muffins zu wählen. Der Kaffee ist definitiv empfehlenswert! Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem gut!!! Wir möchten uns nochmals bedanken und wir werden wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten!
