We use this Premier Inn regularly to visit family in Pitshanger. Great quality beds and very good value for money. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Additionally there is free parking outside the building which is a bonus for London. The location is very convenient for west London and you can even cross over the A40 and get a tube into town. We tend to book the English Breakfast at the Myllet Arms next door as part of the deal which together makes for a very enjoyable experience.

Usual premier inn hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Everything I needed for 1 night to stay before long haul flight from Heathrow the next day. Free parking and location perfect. Very friendly/ warm reception staff. Easy to drive to just off A40 but very quiet in hotel. I didn’t hear any road noise.

Room had a very musty odor. Like damp and other smells mixed in. Was not pleasant at all. Asked at reception if we could have another room but told none available. But gave us a room spray to deal with it. The next morning my wife felt ill. Breakfast was really poor too. Minimal selection. Coffee machine broken. Few pastries available at a time in a tiny plate. No has browns(!). Just poor overall

Heating wouldn't work, 7 times it was reset and kept going off, reception were very apogetic and they arranged for it to be fixed properly, don't usually have a bad stay here but things just didn't go right for whatever reason, will still go back as the staff make this place what it is

Always a great stay good price, free car parking. Staff are always welcoming & friendly. 10 mins maximum into walk to tube station & 30 max ride into Oxford street, 10 mins to the Westfield Centre. Bed really comfy, I asked to stay on the car park side of the hotel. As the dual carriage on the other side can be a little noisy. Will stay again when visiting London

We sent our team of 2 to stay here overnight midweek. We were working on an AV installation. Overnight, ours and a number of other vans were broken in to and contents stolen, by what seems to be a fairly organised gang. On further investigation it looks like it is a regular occurrence at this specific Premier Inn. If that's the case then: - Why don't Premier Inn do something about it? Are they not bothered? - Why don't the Police do something about it? Company is now working on a project at a loss. Wont be staying at this hotel ever again.

Budget-friendly. Nice location with a lot of restaurants and a cinema around. Room’s not the quietest but still very comfy. Lakshmii and the other receptionist have been very kind, helpful and understanding. Would really recommend booking!!

Great location (on the M4, less than 5 minute walk to Perivale tube station, less than 5 minute walk to Nawabs restaurant!), excellent parking - I arrived before check-in, was allowed to park, and the next day, checked out but had a meeting that over-ran but parking was still fine and no extra charge, bigger room than I expected, hot shower, very comfortable bed - slept like a baby! - and though my room faced the motorway, I did not hear a peep due to excellent insulation. Oh, and a plethora of TV channels - far beyond the basics - so spoiled for choice!

Basic Hotel half the rooms facing A40. Arrived and window open onto noisy A40 which seemed strange but after closing noticed room had a musty smell. Shower over bath and bed not that great. Paid Saturday rates as nothing else cheap in locality. OK for 1 night but wouldn't want to be returning for a second
