Hotel le Blanche Neige

We never got a chance to actually eat at the restaurant. We walked in to reserve and saw most had a ‘reserved’ sign on table. But I saw one large table without. The woman came out and I asked to reserve she said how many are you and looked at our group of 3 children. Then said Nope nothing. I tried then for two more days by phone, again asked, how many kids. Was told she’d call back. No call back. Then from my husbands phone we called but left a message, she screens the calls. Got a text offering the ‘Pub’. We had children so that was a No from us. Anyway, I believe they only want adults. Little did she know my kids don’t get the children's menu. Two are over 12 years old. So anyway, looks cozy inside and menu looks great but all I can discuss is the experience for reserving with kids. Impossible!

Stayed for one night prior to moving on elsewhere and have to say we were really pleased with our choice. We had room 18, which was a cosy double room with a separate single bedroom and private bathroom. The room was compact but really lovely and very cute; the place was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in room, bathrobe, hairdryer and good mirrors and some basic toiletries. The only downside if I had to say would be that there is minimal soundproofing, but in honesty it caused us no real issues as the hotel was quite quiet. Bathroom also spotless and the shower was good; shower over bath and no screen or curtain but again it worked absolutely fine and no issues with water! We ate in the hotel in the evening and highly recommend the homemade burger with local cheese - it was HUGE and DELICIOUS! Service was lovely and with a smile even though we checked in and ordered late and only 15 mins before closing time. Definitely recommend eating in the restaurant as it was super. Breakfast was self service with very good variety indeed, much more choice than many other continentals I have experienced and really enjoyed it. Although we visited in summer season, could see that the hotel is ideally situated to ski lifts and activities etc and would have no hesitation to recommend or book ourselves again should we return. Lovely doggo lives here too! Thanks for a great short stay!

Nous avons passé une nuit, lors d'un week-end rando. Rien à redire, accueille chaleureux et chambre parfaite. Nous avons diné au restaurant le soir, là aussi rien à redire, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Moment très agréable. Repas très copieux... Impossible de sortir avec la faim ! 🤪 Serveuse très agréable ainsi que la patronne. Petit plus, la présence de Noisette (leur chien) très sympa 🐶. Petit digestif offert en fin de repas, ce qui est très agreable.

Merci à toute l'équipe du Blanche Neige pour ce merveilleux séjour en famille! Nous étions 3 couples, 7 enfants et une grand mère affaiblie après un lourd traitement. Les gérants se sont pliés en 4 pour la surclasser dans une grande chambre confortable au rez-de-chaussée et lui offrir le passage secret par la cuisine pour lui raccourcir les déplacements. Merci à Margaux, Christine et Eva pour leur incroyable gentillesse et le dévouement de tous les instants pour satisfaire ses besoins partuliers. Eva a même déjeuné avec elle pour lui tenir compagnie un midi où nous étions sur les pistes ! Nous avons tous les 14 été agréablement surpris par la qualité des repas : nous nous sommes régalés ! Les enfants étaient aux anges dès le petit déjeuner ! 😊 Tout le personnel a vraiment été charmant et aux petits soins, c'est rare de se sentir à ce point cocooné... En tant qu'authentiques bon vivants, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le pub au rez-de-chaussée où Tino et sa collègue sont adorables! Bref des vacances au top! Merci au Blanche Neige et des caresses à Noisette qui nous a bien fait rire avec ses poses très photogéniques ! 😅

Resto incroyable avec sa magnifique cheminée, personnels supers sympas. Tres belle chambre avec son bain relaxant. En plein milieu des pistes de skis, idéal pour une balade nocturne après la fermeture de la station. sans parler du petit dejeuner mémorable lui aussi. On reviendra. Merci à vous
