Park am See X Nattika Ayurveda, Hotel Health Spirit

The Park am See is an excellent place to relax and enjoy all kind of Aryuveda treatments. The complete staff, Germans and Indians, are friendly, professional and very obliging. The food is very good tasting, even though it is cooked from regional German vegetables. We missed regional fruits like strawberries, cherries or peaches. Yoga was overwhelminging good. Thank you Laura. Rooms are of high quality. Hope to be there again.

A wonderful hotel, nestled in a marvellous park. The path to the lake and the possibilities it offers are the icing on the cake. The Ayurveda team works so professionally that I regained my energy within a week. Many thanks to all of them. It would be nice if you could choose the exact room in advance as they are also designed differently in terms of brightness.

It was a great time in Alt Rhese, Nattika Ayurveda. Very good doctor team, well doing therapist. Comparable whith a cure in India. Recommended!!! Thank you all very much for having such a nice time. I`m sure once I will be return to this fantastic Place.

I had heard about this new Ayurveda-center in Mecklenburg, - with therapists and doctors who studied original Ayurveda in India - had opened up just few months ago. I had come to know Ayurveda as a young women - long ago in the 1970th, when I spent some time in India. Now I am in retirement age, and still feel that warm connection to Ayurveda view, but don't feel to take such a long flight trip to India again for that. So, this offer came just right to me, and also I felt good about going to a quiet place for the end of the year, to get away from city noise then. My experience in just those 5 days I was there was absolutly wonderful - in ALL aspects !! The ayurvedic therapist and doctor were very totally caring, and doing their work with lots of love and surrender, and I felt so much touched by that ! Also, the hotel surroundigs where absolutly supporting the stay and treatments. Everthing was very comfortable, the rooms very clean and modern, and a very very friendly and engaded staff, - always avaiiable for any requests or needs.... I came back home - and even now tears of gratitude come to my eyes, when I think back again to those great days ! I am planing the next stay there - as soon as I will be able to manage - probably in summer time, so that I may also be able to take a swim in the beautyful lake there !

Perfect quite and nature location attached to a nice lake with very kind and professional staff in all areas. Starting with the reception, via chef and service (very tasty Ayurvedic food - and finally an extraordinary and outstanding treatment centre. 100% recommendation !

Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal an diesem traumhaft schönen Ort, und habe die wunderbaren Behandlungen und das tolle ayurvedische Essen total genossen ! Am liebsten würde ich dort für immer leben ! Aber zuhause warten natürlich andere Aufgaben... ich tüfftele jedoch schon daran, wann ich als nächstes wieder hinfahren kann ....

3 Tage nach Rückkehr von meiner Kur bin ich immer noch ganz beseelt. Herzensgute Menschenkinder widmen sich den Gästen und der weitläufigen Anlage. Hier und da gibt es ein paar kleine Schrauben, an denen gedreht werden darf. Ich bin überzeugt, dass die Schraubendreher ständig in Bewegung sind. Mögen viele Menschen, die sich nach Ruhe, tollen Begegnungen, einfühlsamen Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sowie fundierter ärztlicher Beratung, gutem Essen und Wohlfühloasen sehnen, diesen Ort finden. Kinder haben einst dem Park seine Würde zurückgegeben, so steht es auf einer Denktafel geschrieben. Die negativen Aspekte in der Geschichte dieses Ortes dürfen nicht vergessen werden, nur Kraft dürfen sie nicht mehr entfalten. Frieden und Freude sollen zu jeder Zeit präsent sein. In großer Dankbarkeit verneige ich mich vor dem gesamten Team.

Das Park-am-See ist ein ganz besonderer Ort zu dem ich gerne immer wieder zurück möchte. Das Hotel bzw der Campus ist in einem wunderschönen Park eingebettet. Das Ayurveda Team sorgt für professionelle Behandlungen und eine profunde Beratung zum Lebensstil und Ernährungsgewohnheiten. Unser Apartment war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an Nichts. Im Restaurant wird authentisches Ayurveda Essen serviert, einfach köstlich. Ich komme gerne wieder! Danke an das Team vor Ort.
