I was pleasantly surprised of the quality for the budget price. Thank you for providing no fuss rooms at a budget price. A coffee pot and toaster would be nice to have in short term units but we went to Walmart and bought a coffee pot and toaster for $10. each as we had stayed a week at another ESA location the week before and will certainly keep them in our go to for future stays.

Staff is AMAZING!!! Sierra and Bill have taken such great care of me! 10 out of 10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Customer service was above and beyond. I didnt even have to ask. Facility was nice and quiet. Well kept with a clear purpose of making sure the guests feel comfortable.

I love a clean room and everytime I have visited this hotel, it meets my expectations. Clean, and bug free. Staff is always friendly, and they always have room for me to park my gooseneck trailer for you hotshot drivers out there. Will always be my go to spot in Pensacola Florida.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very safe environment. Easily accessible right off exit 7 on I-10 made coming and going very easy. The front desk was very attentive to all of my needs and offered excellent dining suggestions.

We came to the Pensacola area from Orlando for work. We were leery on where to stay in the area and looked at reviews and chose this Extended Stay. We are so glad we did! Room was incredibly clean upon arrival! The common areas are cleaned daily and the staff is nothing short of wonderful! A special shout out to Sierra at the front desk and Greg the GM! They are always very kind and accommodating! Don’t listen to the negative reviews! Try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again for being so welcoming while we have been there for work! You made us feel right at home!

This used to be Woodsprings Suites but Extended Stay America (ESA) recently converted the location. My review is based on the ESA experience. Located is tucked away parallel to 1-10 and b away from main road. It was quiet and SECURE. The doors locked after a certain time and required key card access-yes they were functional. I arrived after hours but there’s always a person available to check in late arrivals (for reservations only) and for key card issues. Overall, the grounds were well maintained. The STAFF were very pleasant. The hallway and room (1st lvl) was vinyl planked. There was no musty odor or lingering body odor at all. It actually smelled like floral air freshener without the stink undertone. The laundry room was clean and affordable. All kinds of ppl were there : workers, families, solo travelers. The ROOM was clean- linen were clean and not discolored. Kitchenette appliances were clean and functional. The BATHROOM was mostly clean- there was hair on the tub ledge and on the shower curtain. Could’ve belonged to the housekeeper with two toned hair? Who knows but this was my only issue with room. No critters. The PLUMBING was functional-good pressure. I’d RECOMMEND this property because the pros outweigh the problems and it’s safe/affordable.

Spacious room with a decent sized kitchen space. Had trouble booking online and Debbie was extremely helpful! She thoroughly explained what we needed to do and helped us for almost an hour. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we were all set for the night. We would certainly stay again especially knowing the friendly and competent staff that fun the place! Thanks Debbie for making our stay easy going and straight forward!!!!!
