If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - No fireworks, smoking indoors, or parties. - Quiet hours must be followed and begin at 10 pm. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - 8 amenity wristbands are provided, with no extras available. Children under 5 do not need wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. - This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. While it is not gated, registration is required before check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed. - Please note: The communal pool will be closed after the Labor Day weekend. Parking Details: 4-5 cars can park onsite. All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Full bed Bedroom 2 / Full bed Bedroom 3 / Two full beds --- This is a smoke-free property.. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
