We liked the room, breakfast and location of the hotel. Thank you!
We ran out of toilet paper on the last day…
Unacceptable!
There was no water available in the room. We arrived at night and no place to get a bottle of water in the hotel. We went to reception but their response was very dismissive. Overall, a place with big potential but falling short in getting the little details right.

The service is excellent, the hotel need electric features, little more amenities in the bathrooms, and maintenance in paint in some areas

Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the closeness to Usaquen and Hacienda Santa Barbara. Location is easy to get in and out and parking is very convenient.
Brakfast choices were limted but food was good.

The property was good for the price. Even though ******* advertised free breakfast (one reason i took the hotel) we had to pay for breakfast at the property as they said it wasnt included in the rate. It wasnt that expensive, i iust thought it was very inconvenient and falsely advertized on *******.The property itself is convenient but outdated. The shower head just sprated water all over. The rooms were cold. There was no way of adjusting the temperature so walk long PJ's. The rooms are caprnet so if you dont like this dont book.It also felt weird under my feet so i wore slippers in the room. Its an affordable hotel if you're on a budget.
The restaurant food is also really good and the staff is polite and nice.

They dont have frigobar, the ckitchen always was closed to early they close, they have a terrible atencion to the guest, bad breakfast, and the employes are rude they never even say hello or good mornig

The property looks nice. My Sister recommended ir and so far all the family is using this convenient hotel, Only two suggestions: Bottled water should be provided. We arrived late snd I couldn’t take my medicine. Don’t trust tap water. Also, Internet connection is very poor.

clean and decent but worn out. I spent 9 days and it is literally a Hotel to just sleep and nothing else. a literal expectation vs Reality thing. Employees were AMAZING! always trying to make you feel comfortable. Housekeeping, security, front desk, breakfast crew, all of them great! No fridge. My bed was wall to wall with next rooms bathroom so every time someone would wake up and go to the bathroom I could hear them flush and I could hear the pipes roaring!

The hotel is pretty, the breakfast is good, but the front desk at night time is not good at all, a guy is in there is rude , not friendly at all, and no water at front desk, not good .
Another bad thing was the smell, was so strong that I couldn't sleep the first night , so I had to request no cleaning on my room
