Penzion H-Market

The approach was very poor, we were told to come to check in at 2pm, came at 2:30pm and noone was there. After calling the owner? we were told to wait for one more hour without even apologizing. During the check in we were treated as if the owner is bothered by us checking in. This is not the way how to tun a hospitality bussiness really. Otherwise the apartment was clean, but quite cold even during summer month, water in the shower somewhat warm. Place is centrally located, which is great. Assuming the kitchen is fully equipped, I would expect at least basic cooking needs such as salt, pepper and oil which wasn't provided. But neither was advertised, therefore that is just a thought for the future. If you are looking for something basic,.go for it, I personally will not visit this place again.

Somos una familia española y hemos estado en esta casa ahora 4 dias... Del 2 al 4 de mayo es espectacular,una casa muy coqueta y no le falta de nada,muy centrica del centro del pueblo...y sobre todo la propietaria super super amable desde el primer momento hasta el ultimo y sobre todo nos ayudo muchisimo a entendernos con el idioma español y en ingles...ya que nosotras no sabiamos nada en checo Super aconsejable este alojamiento
