It wasn’t our first stay there, overall we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t like is that the housekeeping knocked at the door every day before 9 am even though we had a no disturb sign on our door. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, even if outdated, and the price recently is not so matching the quality as before.

Really nice stay and people were nice! However, hotel is not open during the night and it was difficult getting taxis late at night.

I just loveeeeeee everything about this hotel, owner landlady was fab, the guy Ali was awesome and their was another girl who was very tall and slim, mainly do morning shift and at the time of breakfast she was fab too… we enjoyed our stay and without second thought if we come to Mallorca next time going to stay in Cupidor only

中國人別住，女老闆態度超差，入住體驗感差 1、房間隔音差，聽到隔壁電視聲，走廊聲音 2、一晚上的廁所回水聲，影響睡眠 3、房間保險櫃需要錢才能用，3歐一天，一整個無語 4、床單是臟的，被子是一張桌布一樣的布，又薄又硬，沒一天晚上睡得舒服的！！！這個是最接受不了的！！ 5、空調是間歇性出風，出風的時候10秒是大聲的，停了之後直接整個房間都是悶的 6、房間一股悶味 7、想讓老闆幫忙約個的士去機場，態度差的要死 8、淋浴間小的洗頭都撞手，沒有地方可以放東西
9、陽台門鎖也是鑰匙鎖，很難鎖上超麻煩

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, liegt sehr zentral, ca 3 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, gemütlich, sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

住宿的餐廳裏意外擺放了一架古老的鋼琴，音準幾乎沒有瑕疵，可以晚飯彈，午飯彈 從住宿出來，三、四分鐘，兩百米，就來到海灘，水底細沙，坡度平緩，岸邊有沖洗

We only went to the restaurant, we didn't stay at the hotel. We had shrimp and tuna tartar as starters, and they were very big but very good. We then had pasta for our mains, and it was delicious. The pasta was probably homemade and very rich. The chairs were comfy, and we were sitting out in the sun. When it got a bit colder, the staff put the glass across, and it kept the cold out. Lovely ambience and excellent price. We are going back again tonight for dinner.

Great family business. I really like smaller places in top locations where You are Someone- Guest! Big commercial hotels are like many making fabrics where food is so bad and You are no one! Here Food was like from Michelin star restaurant with friendly chats and peaceful atmosphere. Amazing! Room is super clean and has everything what You will need in long or short stay. I was there 6 nights and i could do way more in the same spot because there is everything next to You; beach is just next to, so many shops: different cousins (if You will have enough of hotel restaurant - but I don’t believe that!), bus stop is 5 min walk. Staff - impressed in terms of how many languages they speak! And how friendly they are:) All together from me 10/10! Highly recommend I’ll be back for sure.

We stayed in the Valentin Reina across from Cupidor. All guests here at our lovely hotel were disturbed by noise coming from Cupidor. The male staff was hitting and pushing a female member of staff violently while we all shouted for help for the female from across the road. The police came as the staff in our hotel were asked by our fellow guests to get help. It was very shocking to see and the only trouble we witnessed in all our travel in Mallorca. Shame on you Cupidor for this awful treatment of a woman. Never ever will I go there after witnessing this make staff behaviour. Not acceptable EVER

For many years, our favorite holiday destination has been Cupidor. We have been coming here for many years because the family that owns the hotel goes out of their way to make your holiday truly unforgettable. The kitchen, which is presented in the hotel is beyond praise, exactly the same as the location. Very close to the sea and ennobled with excellent green area. In turn, we can advise everyone who comes to Mallorca exactly Cupidor, because of all the places in Mallorca, it is this place that has sunk into our souls with its charm and wonderful conditions.

Bardzo fajny hotel rodzinny . Byliśmy z psem , pokój rodzinny duży . Blisko do pięknej plazy . Śniadania bardzo skromne ale cena hotelu przystępna . Miejscowość Paguera bardzo urocza cicha i spokojna głownie Niemcy turyści . Bardzo udany wypoczynek

Llegamos con mi esposo con una reserva con fecha equivocada, anulamos en Booking dicha reserva y en recepción una empleada entendio la situación y nos dio una habitación. A la mañana cuando bajamos a desayunar, la dueña con muy mal trato y sin entender razones nos echó del hotel diciendo que no teníamos reserva previa teníamos que agarrar nuestras cosas e irnos ya. Fue muy agresiva, jamás nos pasó algo semejante. Advierto que tengan cuidado

Hôtel très bien situé, calme avec des chambres qui sont propres, et un lit confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant. La couleur de la peinture est enchanteur. La plage est à 5 min à pied, un arrêt de bus qui t’emmène jusqu’à à l’aéroport de Palma.

Stanza bella, climatizzata e moderna, posizione molto comoda sia per la spiaggia sia per ristoranti e negozi, l’unica pecca è la pulizia, la stanza era sporca e in 8 giorni le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate, il pavimento non veniva pulito e gli asciugamani cambiati senza un criterio. Colazione mediocre e personale un po’ scontroso. Senza infamia e senza lode.
