Private: natural state property with courtyard. 10 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (2 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Shop 11 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 4 km, railway station "Como" 58 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 37 km. Please note: Electricity only by solar energy. No electric devices with more than 250W (coffee machine, hairdryer). 3-room house 32 m2, south facing position. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove.
