Days Inn by Wyndham Osage Beach Lake of the Ozarks

Didn’t see no bugs, the room was really clean. Super close to the lake no super far drives. I recommend

Breakfast is very minimal

Extremely clean from the front desk as you walk in to the comfortably soft bed! Safe, Great rates! 2 swimming pools-one inside with air hockey, foosball table & ping pong table, fresh bright white towels, amazing free complimentary breakfast! Beautiful inside & out! Walking distance to restaurants & ice cream shop. We loved it here!

Dirty tub. The bathroom floor towel had a snot smear. Filthy walls in room. Parking lot was sketchy.

Gross! Property and rooms not clean! Bathroom has gross mess on walls and floor. Boogers on wall in room. Hotel pictures of property are at least 20 years old.

Walked into the lobby where the door to the laundry room was left open for patrons to see. Guestroom was dirty with no hot water at sink. Bathroom was dirty and walls were patched. One wall in the bathroom had no finish on the wall at all and looked moldy. Mattresses were placed on wire frames that stuck out from all sides of the bed. Room had a strange odor. We paid for a late check-out but received a phone call at 11am asking us to check-out. We explained we had requested and paid for a late check-out. Within minutes, a housekeeper was entering our room.

Great beds!! Nice and firm. Hot water and clean rooms. A little dated decors wise but a very comfortable stay. Would be nice to have an elevator though. The review process on this form sucks however since it requires more than is necessary to get the just across.

The smell in the room was awful. I had to spray so much of my perfume to get rid of the stench. The pool is very small and there was a lot of debris and bugs in it that we had to use the net to remove. There isn’t good maintenance around of the place. The carpet in the rooms were awful. The only lay in the bedroom portion is one lamp. There is no light in the ceiling. There was another lamp, but that one didn’t work. The bath tub faucet was leaky all through the night . We had to put towels so the drops of water wouldn’t be that loud. They locked us out before check out time. We tried using our key card at before 10:50am. Check out time is at 11 AM. Don’t know why they are looking at a room before then. We just spent one night there and decided to switch hotels
