Oneness Rishikesh by Ganga Kinare- A Luxury Wilderness Resort

Went for a night stay, it was a good experience. Property is situated in wild. Here are the pros and cons as per my experience; Cons: Bit overpriced, we paid 24K for a night which included all meals excluding Hi tea Food Menu is limited - you only get 2 main course and 1-2 desert options. If you are a foodie or visiting to relish amazing local or unique dishes, you might be disappointed. They have a zero waste policy (which is a good step) but because of this, sometimes the service experience gets hampered. Monkeys can be a nuisance while eating, try to avoid sitting on the corners and monkeys can attack from any open area to take away food items. Be prepared to trek a lot, you need to trek atleast 50-70 stairs to reach your room from the restaurant. I approached the sales team for a direct deal, they offered 26k per night, I shared MMT quote of 24K, and they kept mum, stopped responding. (which is unprofessional) Pros: Staff is very nice and welcoming. You will be greeted with a nice flute experience by Devashish, he is a yoga teacher too, he will be taking some great yoga sessions. Pradeep - a real wild life enthu - his passion is infectious. He will assist you with star gazing, nature walk and other activities. When we visited, only star gazing and nature walk was happening, rest were down for repair work. He is gem of a person, do interact with him for sometime to gain a different view towards life. Vinod and housekeeping head, are courteous and always ready to serve you with smile. Rooms are very nicely done, property is peaceful and serene, you can hear sound of ganges flowing 24 hours which is great. The team who operates, Raft, seems professional, Ladies who pick your luggage uphill are always smiling. Overall a good experience, would have been amazing and worth revisiting within 15-17k per night, but 24K seems a bit overpriced.

This resort denied me entry only because i am 73 years of age. Why this kind of discrimination 😪 I can prosecute the owner for his poor and pathetic decision. Atleast you could have adjudged my capability by getting me medically examined 😪 Instead, the owner acted arbitrarily and shifted me to his yet another, although good property, Vileen !! May God prevail good sense on owner🙏🏼 My wish was to experience the versatile experience of touching Ganges water, and it was denied 😪

As the name of this property suggests, the whole experience here is finding your tranquility, your relationship with "Oneness"! The property is located on the opposite side of the Badrinath highway, so be prepared to take a raft to cross to the other side! It's smooth and thrilling, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO YOU AT ALL TIMES, to ensure your safety! The property consists of 9 cottages and one spa centre, the manager ***** with his dedicated staff work their tiring best to keep the premises serene and peaceful. The cottage is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The amenities provided are top notch. The bathrooms are big and hot water is absolutely not a problem. There is a vanity/wardrobe section too which caters to woman's needs. :) The entire property is well kept with a restaurant which will keep your hunger at bay, the chefs work their magic with their envious culinary skills. The buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner is scrumptious and exhaustive. There is a private beach a few meters below where you can indulge in a play date, dinner date or a camp fun activities with your kids. There is also an evening ganga aarti performed on the premises Kudos to the workforce for their tireless efforts given the remote location. We are looking forward to spending many of our weekends here in tranquility. Special mention to the property manager, Gaurav & the entire staff, whose efforts make this place what it is... I recently visited Oneness resort with my husband, and we had a very lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff, especially Vinod Ji, Navneet, and Sourav, were always available for everything and made us feel like part of their family. It’s a beautiful place managed by beautiful people. We would definitely love to visit again! :)

Amazing place where you feel one with nature and one with the Ganga. Great property, great rooms, great food, great views and great staff. Getting there is a bit of effort but the experience is well worth it! The staff help take your luggage down the short trek and across the river.

Vinod Singh and the entire service team also deserve a massive shoutout. Their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The property is surrounded by an abundance of quartz rocks that you can find ***** the riverside and scattered across the nearby mountain trails. Exploring these areas was like stepping into another world—filled with serene beauty, tranquility, and an almost magical energy. Evenings were equally special, with cozy nighttime fireplaces that set the perfect mood for relaxation or quiet conversations under the stars. The outdoor activities were another highlight: rock climbing, birdwatching, and hiking through the nearby trails were exhilarating yet grounding. The diversity of birds in the area is incredible, and spotting them added a delightful element to my mornings. The property offers so much to explore and learn. From engaging with the natural surroundings to guided experiences that teach you how the elements work together, it’s impossible not to walk away feeling enriched and inspired. The spa, with its talented and attentive masseuses, provided a deeply rejuvenating experience. Each treatment felt like it was tailored just for me, leaving me refreshed and relaxed in a way I hadn’t felt in ages. Of course, no stay would be complete without mentioning the food—fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. Every meal felt like a thoughtful gesture, perfectly complementing the calming atmosphere. Oneness by Ganga Kinare isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience of harmony, beauty, and care that will linger with you long after you leave.
