A Magical Escape into Luxury & Nature – 5 Stars! My stay at Brys Caves was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the unique cave-style architecture, which blends luxury with nature beautifully. The attention to detail in every aspect of the resort is commendable. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and designed to offer the perfect mix of comfort and aesthetics. The ambiance inside the cave rooms is surreal, making it a truly one-of-a-kind experience. The hospitality deserves special mention—the staff is warm, courteous, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that cater to every palate. The location is serene, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to explore the beauty of Jim Corbett. The private pool, spa, and adventure activities made my stay even more enjoyable. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Brys Cave. There was a complete lack of maintenance, and the food served was stale and we all got food poisoning.To make matters worse, construction was happening directly above our heads, and we had to fight for them to stop the noise atleast during breakfast.stones were falling near the swimming pool and no precautionary measures were taken for guest security. the resort was not at all clean. The operation manager, Ms. Richa Sharma, was incredibly unprofessional and showed no interest in addressing any of our concerns. She didn’t even bother to talk to us about the issues. The play area was out of order and when we returned from our safari, our room hadn't been cleaned. I had to waste 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. Ms. Sharma, instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, seemed more interested in her tea than helping guests. To top it off, she misguided us to a safari gate that wasn’t even in Jim Corbett. It’s clear that Ms. Sharma is more interested in making money than ensuring guest satisfaction. The management needs to reassess the staff’s work ethic, as the service here is far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here.

This is the first time I am writing a negative review , not about the property however about the dealing by their staff . I am a doctor serving in the army and had contacted Brys Caves at Jim Corbett for a booking for me and my parents ( 2 rooms ) . I recieved a call from a Miss Vandana for the same . She told me about the property and gave me a good offer for a king cave ( Suite ) for 4 adults and an infant ( about 56,000 for 3 nights ( 15th Feb to 18th Feb 25) . I told her to confirm my booking also citing that i am in the Indian Army and there is a high probability that I could have to cancel in case of no leave . To which she very positively replied that sir it’s k and you can do that , however it would be better if you inform about the cancellation 15 days prior to booking. Then she hounded me to pay some advance to which I was a bit confused as none of the properties do that . She assured me that in case of a cancellation, it ll be refunded . I told her to at least forward me the confirmation voucher before than to which she said it’s already done and I should still pay some advance as a gesture . I very reluctantly paid Rs 3000 after this and she took days to send me the confirmation voucher . In the meantime as luck would have it , my leave was not sanctioned at that time and as discussed I called her on 30th Jan25( 16 days before the booking dates ) to cancel it however then she started acting funny and told me that it’s not refundable and that I should read the voucher . On telling her that this is not acceptable as you sent me the voucher after taking advance from me and misguiding me to which she said she ll get back . After no resolution and response from her , I called her again and she gave me her supervisor s number. Mr Sanjeev was cordial to talk to and accepted the mistake and told me it ll be taken care of and assured me the refund . It’s now been a month and when I called them , they keep tossing me saying that’s it’s under process. However when I called them today , they refused any refund and told me that it’s not possible. I have never come across such blatant liars and opportunistic team who siphon off money from people . They have cheated me and I feel disgusted at the way they work with zero work ethics and I integrity. If they can fool someone like me ( from army and a doctor ) , I don’t know how , what their morality is as a property. I would escalate this at the highest level as the amount is pidly for them however the lack of integrity is astounding and astonishing. I would still request the management to look into it if they are not in picture about their team .

Service was very good, food was very good. Landscape was amazing. We all enjoyed very much. Housekeeping was very good, staff was supportive and well dressed. Architecture of building is amazing and look like cave and feel very good. Swimming pool also well maintain.

We had a very time with whole family here........... We liked food,............ service and the evening fun games. ....They were accommodative for my ......parents, ..........Jain food and anything else we needed in room........ thank happy stay....
