Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh

I live in the US and visited Rishikesh this week. Having traveled extensively (75+ countries) and stayed at some of the world’s best five-star resorts, I can confidently say that my stay at Lemon Tree Premier ranks among the very best! Raj Karan, the hotel manager, was exceptional—he began communicating with me even before I arrived, ensuring everything was in place. He went above and beyond to assign me one of the best suites, offering a stunning, out-of-this-world view of the Ganges. I was so taken by the view that I extended my stay an extra day just to soak it all in. It was truly breathtaking. Rishikesh itself is serene and peaceful, and this hotel elevates the experience with its tranquility and incredible views. From the comfort of my suite, I could see people meditating by the Ganges, and others enjoying white-water rafting—it was a unique and unforgettable perspective. The property is ideally located within walking distance of major attractions like Sivananda Ashram, Ram Jhula, and the evening Kirtan at Parmarth Niketan. A heartfelt thanks to Raj Karan for making my trip so memorable. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again!

My friend and I struck gold when we chose Lemon Tree Premier for our stay. Its prime location near major attractions initially drew us in, but it was the extraordinary service that truly won our hearts. While the property might show some wear and tear, the warmth and dedication of the staff more than made up for any dated features. The front desk team proved their excellence when we faced a booking hiccup regarding our breakfast. Without hesitation, they stepped in and not only resolved the issue but also provided complimentary breakfast throughout our stay – a gesture that spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel restaurant became our nightly haven, and not just for its delicious cuisine. The staff there were absolutely incredible, going beyond serving meals to become our unofficial travel guides, offering thoughtful recommendations for the next day's adventures. One staff member in particular, Radha, left an indelible impression with her infectious smile and genuine care, always greeting us with a warm "Hello ma'am, what can I help and offer?" Now back in the US, those two nights at Lemon Tree Premier feel like a cherished memory that keeps pulling me back. The exceptional hospitality we experienced makes me eager to return, this time with my family for a longer stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area – it's more than just a place to stay; it's where you're treated like family. First time visiting Rishikesh and we choose to stay at the Lemon Tree Premier Hotel, the location and facilities have been excellent so far and there are amazing views from the balconies and restaurant! The food at the restaurant has been exceptional with a wide variety of choices, the staff have been really accommodating to dietary needs and preferences, especially Rakesh, Radha and Amit at the restaurant who went above and beyond! Vandana the spa manager and the team also provided a fantastic service and the spa facilities were excellent and I would definitely recommend them!
