Hotal is nice stay was amazing it was a unforgerttable moment spent here food was delicious evening live music was awasm hotal location is beautiful and staf is very polit and professional room location and view was also awasam cleaning of room is five star ⭐

On the face it seemed like a nice hotel, but their service took such a downturn that I have to warn all families to avoid this place. Let me elaborate. This is a huge hotel, and the weekdays they are completely empty. We arrived on a Wednesday and there was no buffet, half the items were not available from the menu, but at least they were very polite. Then, come Friday, and they had a few guests (not a lot, just about 10 people in total!), and suddenly their attitude changed. Half items in our dinner was charred, the rest were severely undercooked that we had to throw away. And the last straw was the "khichdi" they made for our two years old daughter, which had not an iota of daal of chawal, just a watery mix of some sabji which is probably left over from last night! Also, they tried to cheat us on the final bill, we had to go through the entire bill and remove the extra items that they sneakily included, worth almost a thousand! So, if you are travelling with a kid, avoid them, this kind of malpractice should not be rewarded. The hotel has a lot of promises, I really wish the owner understands that service is an essential part of running a successful franchise. There are many other similar hotels at this range, Peaks and Pines, Alpine, Blue Pine, all similar, choose one of them.

Wonderful and awesome stay. We stayed at Valley View room for 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious with wonderful view of the valley. Hotel is on the main road and 6 kms before main town. Staff was good and very prompt. Breakfast spread was also good and had variety. There was light music at terrace in the evening, where you can order snacks as well. I will recommend hotel for staying in Lansdown.

Stay was fantastic food was delicious hotel with senic buity staff is very humble nice deal given by Mr Vivek We had lot of fun in this property. Lot of emenities available for enjoy here.thanks to all staff to make my stay here very comfortable.

Excellent service, view from the rooms is amazing of the valley. Thank you Mr. Rajat for the excellent live singing and Mr. Sunil for the excellent service. The build of the hotel can be slightly improved, but that is more than made by the focus on making guests comfortable. Will recommend anyone looking to visit Lansdowne
