nice room, good staffs, excellent service, great food

Bon endroit et agréable mais le service à la réception n'est pas le meilleur. Service au bar lent pour prendre un verre l'après-midi.

Arrived and were met by very friendly and professional reception staff, The room ( king deluxe suit) very nice, spotlessly clean. We had the 7 course vegetarian option tasting menu which was excellent. Only negative feedback was one of the waitresses was not as professional as the other waiters however our overall experience was very good.

convenient, friendly staff, nice rooms. Restaurants and bars are good and convenient. Location in front of park is nice. Spa is great. The pizzeria next door is delicious. Staff go out of their way to make stay pleasant and comfortable. Front desk staff had great suggestions for restaurants and things to do

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are always very clean, the service is excellent and the restaurants are very good. Good food, good service. The last time I was there I left my phone charger in the room and when I called to check, they had retrieved it for me and I just received it at home (in Switzerland) without any charge. That is what I call excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, great parking and close to the town and a beautiful park.

Arrived at 1510 hrs, check in is 1500hrs. We were given room 215, as we opened the door, we saw dirty dishes, unmade bed, towels on bathroom floor. Returned to reception, they apologised and gave us room 212. I thought maybe a room upgrade or a complimentary drink at the bar would have been a nice gesture for their mistake. However, we weren't offered anything. Room 212 was clean and well presented with a balcony over looking the park. The superkingsize bed was so comfortable. Lovely toiletries, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Complimentary sparkling and still water in the mini bar. Nespresso coffee machine in the room and a good selection of teas. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Had a couple of drinks at the bar, €32 for 1 gin & tonic and 1 bacardi and coke. Bar service was swift, friendly and professional. We didn't eat at the hotel. We walked through the park to the town, very handy. Check out time is 1200 hrs which is great. I feel that reception staff weren't very friendly, I think there may have been staff training going on.

We weren’t sure what to expect for our first ever stay in Pau. After a long day of driving we were delighted to have made a reservation at Hotel Parc Beaumont. Fantastic accommodation, wonderful restaurant for breakfast, afternoon beverages, or casual or more formal dining. Beautiful views of the park and Pyrenees mountains. Well decorated interior. Professional and friendly staff. Attention to details in every aspect of what every hotel should offer for its guests. Within walking distance of nice shops and cafes.

Review of MGallery Hotel Parc Beaumont - Pau, France. Just spent 1 night here and very happy. The staff were very welcoming and obliging. We were given a room overlooking the park and they provided a map of the town explaining where everything was. Provided with complimentary drinks and as we left offered bottles of water for our drive. We had booked parking but when we arrived they said they weren’t busy and we could park out front for free or in the garage , as booked, for €15/day. We of course parked for free. The room itself was quite large, huge bed, 3 chairs to sit in (most hotels only provide 1) and had a shower plus a seperate bath. The toilet was in its own space - bonus. Plenty of cupboard space as well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and admire the stunning view of the Pyrenees. The restaurant was closed for dinner so we had dinner in the bar. We both had the special duck - delicious. Breakfast was in the dining room with a good buffet selection. Would definitely stay here again.
