stayed here a few times now, hotel a bit tired and needs to be updated nice staff and great location

I have stayed all over Asia. Trip has this as a 4 star hotel, it's maybe a 1.5 stars. Mold and mildew grown outside of air conditioning, room smells, Should be white tiles in the bathroom but it's more like gray. Front desk woman is very rude not wanting to help nobody. Trip should refund my money. See pictures Do not book this hotel!!!!!

Good location and n other side of LK Metro. Studio was large and fully equipped. Not much of a view from second floor balcony though. Pool was under maintenance, but could get a swim at Residence or President locations. The former pool was more of a fountain pond but the latter was ok. I like it, but frankly a bit overpriced? Maybe not if they were fully booked…

The staff are excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. It's management's maintenance of the property that's disappointing. It's an older property, but the bathrooms could use some work. Moldy grout and caulk, hardwater stains on shower glass and floors are really a turn-off. Not a dealbreaker, but the property could be much nicer with a little work on the bathrooms. Also, no hot water the entire stay. Only luke-warm water. The location is excellent and the price is very good. I regret giving a critical review because the hotel staff are wonderful.

Hotel is lovely but old showing , back in the days would have been the dogs , breakfast ok plenty of options outside , nice pool , massage good available down stairs , handy for everythinjk restaurants mail bars clubs etc , all walking distance , would stay again if price was ok

Room was spacious but a bit dated. A very convenient location for beach, shopping and food.

My 4th visit. OK rooms getting bit old but prices are very good. Staff very helpful. Decent pool area . Great location for nightlife.

The hotel has aged, and physically, could probably do with a bit of updating. Having said that, it is still very comfortable and clean, and in a perfect location. Most importantly, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is always excellent. Stayed several times and will stay again.

It’s in a great location for the night life 👍. And still very quiet at night. It is a very comfortable hotel. But needs updating . fixtures and fittings are old school

LK Metropole is in an excellent location in LK Metro. There is a bit of faded grandeur about the decor, but everything is clean and the rooms are large and comfortable.

It’s a pretty nice hotel, albeit a little dated. The mattress was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable one I’ve had in Pattaya. The downsides for me: the TV reception was terrible on all channels, and the bathroom had the shower in a bathtub. For someone like me, with mobility and balance issues, taking a shower was not a pleasant experience.
