Where to start 😱 Very small room You can hear the neighbours talking through the wall No net curtains for privacy No lamps No glasses No cleaning equipment Towels smell like they haven't been cleaned or dried properly Only one bedside table Kettle is broken (it doesn't turn off automatically and it got so hot it cracked the glass panel behind!) Balcony chair broken Air con doesn't work properly - the room is always warm. The toilet hose leaks and the drains are blocked, so the bathroom smells damp as a result of the puddle of water. Cleaning was offered only once a week, then they didn't show up on the day we had agreed when I checked in. The owner cannot be contacted by Line and doesn't reply to emails. Absolutely zero communication for the entire length of stay. Overall it's cheap, but not recommended. They give the impression that they can't really be bothered. This set up would be better suited to a couple days Air Bnb than to a hotels app - except Air Bnb travellers would complain and the listing would be taken down. It's a shame, as there are some beautiful condos in Peak Towers. Avoid this one! Bad owner not using the condo properly (look at the signs in the photos 😂)

ราคาหน้าแอพ แจ้งว่า 800 กว่าบาท แต่พอไป check in มีค่าทำความสะอาด 500 บาท ซึ่งไม่ได้ระบุในแอพ จะสอบถามทางเจ้าหน้าที่ของแอพ (Admin) ตอน 18.00 ก็เลยเวลาทำการของเจ้าหน้าที่ภาษาไทย เลยไม่ค่อยประทับใจ ที่ระบุรายละเอียดไม่ครบ

แย่มากๆๆๆๆ ไม่ดีเลย จองไปแล้วเข้าพักไม่ได้
