It was a great experience. Beautiful location and nice food. Specially kashmiri dam aloo. Besides nearby gondola ride was awesome

The rooms were not clean properly and the bathroom fittings were also in very bad shape and were not clean. Bedsheets were in bad condition. They need to work on their room hygiene. Staff and food was good

Food was not that good otherwise the hotel is absolutely amazing. As a couple or family you can choose this hotel. Service is also great. Thank you.

My stay was terrible with this hotel the service was poor and even the blankets were torn and the bedsheet was not in a good condition as well my whole family got itching on their body when we woke up the next day. At last my stay was pathetic with this hotel i want the full refund of my stay. I hope you understand my situation and revert back to it as soon as possible

Location, food and rooms were good. Wifi was the main issue. If you are coming to jammu from other state then prepaid sim will not work and if you are depending on wifi then you will be disappointed.

The washroom was stinky and so were the towels. The hotel needs repair. The furniture was worn out and dusty
