Had a decent stay at the hotel. Rooms were good and the food was good. Visited the property for the third time. Location is very good.

Hotel is a perfect choice for those who want to find a beautiful and convenient place to stay right in the center of Patnitop. The hotel is located in a prime location, just a few minutes walk from which you can easily reach famous sightseeing, shopping and entertainment

Very poor everything except location. Bed attitude. No availability of common wash room. Did not allow early check in. Expensive food so did not order.

I find the place on make my trip and place is very good hotel staff is very nice room and washroom is need and clean

Breakfast was ok ok not good not bad. They served sandwiches in breakfast which were pathetic but other things are good. Room is not that much clean as i see in photos while booking but staff was so good they are always ready to serve you. For me my whole experience is average.

Hotel location is good. Easy to find. Has its own parking space, that’s also nice. Food little bit costly. Amenities are average but hospitality is not good. Service is very slow

Nobody from hotel received call as the phone was switched off, and due to the heavy snowfall, it was unable to reach the destination. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide any assistance. As a result, I had to book another hotel and stay there. My money was wasted, and I have yet to receive a refund.
