Over all experience is good , they have very polite staff, morning breakfast is not levish but they have the fresh breakfast , items are all healthy and dosa and omlete on Demand, thanks to avnish for his best services , he is always on toe to provide best to their guest,

Disappointing hospitality and service of Ginger hotel patna very unsupported staff specially reception for small requirements also guest needs to follow up multiple times for water bottle also multiple request needed despite of that no response

Excllent Stay. Location very convenient. Staff very good. Cehckin guy Mr. Aadity was quik. Mr. Avneesh from Fand B dep went iut of the way for my housekeeping request.( needed change kn the spring bed). overall great experience. Must stay property.

Food staff was just awesome. We ordered kadhai paneer, veg pizza, pulav and veg grilled sandwich. All food was customised according to my child's requirements. Quality of food is very good. We had a room cancellation issue this was handled by very decently by the reception staff which made our trip more comfortable.

No value for money. The room was very small and basic, with an uncomfortable pillow. While the bathroom and amenities were good, the receptionists seemed untrained. The breakfast was average, but the food service staff and housekeeping were commendable. Overall, not worth the high price.

My stay at Patna Ginger was quite pleasant. The air conditioning and nice bathrooms with shower heads were appreciated. Our party of 10 people for a family trip to visit Patna Sahib, which is about 30-50 minutes away, depending on traffic. Breakfast was phenomenal, with very delicious food that warranted a second helping. Despite being located on a busy street, we managed to have a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive, and when food was spilled in our room, they promptly cleaned it up and even compensated us with another meal. The maintenance guy, Nikhil, was very helpful with our WiFi issues, though the WiFi was sometimes unreliable. The only major downside was that there was only one key per room, which made it difficult for us to visit and care for our elderly grandparents. We had to call to get onto another floor. While I understand this is for security purposes, it was inconvenient for us. I suggest management consider bending this rule in special cases like ours. Otherwise, I would stay here again.
