An excellent stay at hotel chanakya, the hotel rooms are old school and well maintained, the restaurant is very expensive, but the quality of food is excellent

Location wise it is centrally located. Rooms are neat and clean. Food was good, and ambience excellent.

Zero percent cost effective. Its very costly comparative, room service not proper, washroom is dirty, food is below average, but there is no other alternative if you want centre location.

Its an average old hotel. Location is good and not far from the airport. The rooms are clean but old and having some musty odour. Furniture is really worn out. The management need to go in for renovation. However, the food is excellent. There are many better options for the same price.

I had a great stay. The housekeeping and other staff were very helpful and accomodating. One feedback - they should add pancakes/waffles in their breakfast menu for sure.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with good connectivity. Food quality was average. The staffs are good. However, the room and bathroom needs substantial improvement as its looked dirty. I know this hotel since long time and was surprised to see the condition as it used to be of excellent quality before.
