A very well maintained property. The staff is very courteous. The food is excellent and the rooms are well maintained. The front office is very accommodating and every waiter will serve you with a smile. Best place to stay if you’re in Patiala.

The rooms are big size and cooling very effective. Food is very good. Location is centrally placed. Good view. The restaurant is small and beautiful

The heritage experience was good. Rooms were spacious, lots of varanda area, shower was excellent the bedding was clean and comfortable. The garden is lovely with loads of old trees. Breakfast buffet was good.Mr Ankush took special care of us. Thank You.

We stayed at Maharaja Rajinder Singh Room -16, the room is grandeur with two full queen size beds in the bigger room and 1 full queen bed in the second room. The bathroom was clean and bright with natural sunlight. The breakfast spread was good. Only reason I am giving 4 star instead of 5 is some of the stuff in restaurant are not attentive. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes for tea at the breakfast table, water glasses were missing in the breakfast table and had to repeatedly ask for water before it was brought to table.

This is a historical building and if you have this in mind, you can have a great time there. Staff at the reception was very polite. Restaurant food was very delicious. Gym equipment is perfect. Great offer for the money you pay.

This was my first time staying in a hotel where the experience was defined, from the outset, by the staff. This hotel isn't perfect. At times, the experience reminded us of the Very Best Exotic Marigold Hotel movie. Some areas are in dire need of maintenance (hot water on upper floors can be a challenge - let the taps run for 10-15 minutes), and you may have to swap rooms mid-stay. But, the hotel management did go above and beyond to ensure that myself, and other members of our conference delegation could stay at the property for a few extra days when the hotel's website booking platform essentially said this was impossible. The delicious food at the hotel restaurant and the incredible staff made this stay a unique and very memorable experience. I hope that over time, the management continue to invest in the property maintenance (particularly the hot water systems). It's an incredible historic building (quite the adventure to explore after dark), and well worth a visit. I would happily recommend staying here, but come with an open mind and be prepared to be flexible.

Tried making reservation through Reservation Office and was left at bay. Thank god I called the property and had a word with Mr. Aditya who's the property manager. He was very understanding and comforting and took care of my grievance and reservation and we had a wonderful stay and the property is very charming and majestic. My family has a great experience will visit again soon. Kudos to the staff and Mr. Aditya personally.

We had a lovely time at The Baradari Palace. The grounds and interiors are charming. The bathroom was especially spacious with beautiful natural light. It was the perfect space to get ready for a wedding and take some pictures. The breakfast bar and menu have a nice selection with both local and Western offerings. The staff were very courteous and provided quality service. They were very kind to my young son, sneaking him a little toy while he wandered the wraparound balcony.
