Neemrana's - Baradari Palace

This was my first time staying in a hotel where the experience was defined, from the outset, by the staff. This hotel isn't perfect. At times, the experience reminded us of the Very Best Exotic Marigold Hotel movie. Some areas are in dire need of maintenance (hot water on upper floors can be a challenge - let the taps run for 10-15 minutes), and you may have to swap rooms mid-stay. But, the hotel management did go above and beyond to ensure that myself, and other members of our conference delegation could stay at the property for a few extra days when the hotel's website booking platform essentially said this was impossible. The delicious food at the hotel restaurant and the incredible staff made this stay a unique and very memorable experience. I hope that over time, the management continue to invest in the property maintenance (particularly the hot water systems). It's an incredible historic building (quite the adventure to explore after dark), and well worth a visit. I would happily recommend staying here, but come with an open mind and be prepared to be flexible.

Karundeep and other staff were very helpful, including explaining which foods were gluten free. Great complimentary breakfast and pre-dinner tea/coffee and snacks. Good food. Interesting to see a lavish wedding held in the Palace Gardens. Nice big balcony outside our room which had a lovely high ceiling.

It was great & very spacious. The staff was helpful. Especially the Managers Mr. Aditya & Mr. Karundeep Sharma were very helpful. Mr. Gangaram kept the rooms neat & tidy. Please put curtains on the wall height windows. It’s very uncomfortable early in the morning
