The hotel is a bit difficult to find as it is located at middle of a street the breakfast had limited options

Rooms are very dirty major issue cleaniness & when in morning we make complaint with fro n desk there was no answer fr them.

wonderful ambiance and friendly staff! the rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing stay. an ideal place to stay in pathankot—highly recommend!

Pathetic room quality, there was hairs in bed sheet, room was not clean, bad experience, not recommended to family

The grand , provides us a buffet at that time which is not much costly , we are 5 friends and enjoyed that meal , and behaviour of staff members is too good , and this hotel is located on dangu road pathankot and majority of individuals prefer to choose this , because of their good food

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
