Hotel ben tenuto con staff preparato,cortese e disponibile. Avevo necessità di un buon alloggio dove riposare durante il cammino sulla Via Lauretana e a poca distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria di Passignano e in zona tranquilla dalla quale recarsi con breve camminata verso il centro città e alla bella passeggiata lacustre. La camera di decente dimensione è risultata ordinata e pulitissima, arredata con semplicità ma con completezza. La dotazione asciugamani è buona . La silenziosità è buona e il riposo è garantito da un altrettanto buon materasso. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona anche la cena nel ristorante a piano terra . WiFi presente ed accettabile. Presente il parcheggio per le auto. Hotel consigliato.

We stayed at hotel La Vela while attending a wedding nearby. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. It was in an excellent location within the town, on a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the historic center & lake. Rooms were clean with a balcony & nice bathroom & beds very comfortable. We extended our stay for an additional night so that we could cycle around Lake Trasimeno. Silvia was wonderful to suggest parking areas in the nearby towns for visiting the sites & was helpful in booking a hotel for us as we continued our travels in Italy. I highly recommend Hotel La Vela & we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Umbria.

Het hotel is goed gelegen voor excursies en biedt een uitstekende prijs/prestatie verhouding. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en management zorgen voor een ongedwongen en aangename sfeer. De kamers zijn net en de keuken is eenvoudig maar lekker. Een echte aanrader.

Albergo molto accogliente. Professionale ma familiare. Poi ottimo servizio al bar, con personale eccellente. La Signora Cinzia mette a proprio agio e col suo splendido sorriso e il suo charme gentile, fa proprio sentire l'atmosfera di casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente perchè amiamo il Lago Trasimeno e Passignano è un luogo dove ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Hotel a 2 min. a piedi dal centro di Passignano. Tutti gli ambienti ben puliti e accoglienti. Camera pulita e curata, con moquette, tv, cassaforte, bagno pulito e in ordine, tutti i giorni veniva sostituita la biancheria, con set di cortesia. Ristorante ottimo, con piatti locali buoni e ben presentati, sempre sono passati a offrire il bis. La colazione molto varia, ricca di torte fatte in casa, succhi di frutta, yogurt confezionato (io avrei preferito lo yogurt fresco) e, per chi lo gradiva, c'era anche il salato. Il cappuccino era fatto al bar e portato al tavolo. Tutto e ripeto TUTTO il personale, compreso i proprietari, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, e di cio non possimo che ringraziare. Da ritornarci!!!

personale gentile e disponibile, camera pulitissima, colazione ottima e abbondante. Unico neo, il parking un po' angusto, ma per il resto nulla da eccepire. Soggiorno gradevole e rilassante, nonostante il caldo (ma i condizionatori funzionano egregiamente). Cosa volere di più?

La pessima valutazione è tutta attribuibile all'ignoranza e alla maleducazione della titolare che oscura totalmente i punti positivi. La sig.ra Silvia con i suoi comportamenti inopportuni ha reso decisamente sgradevole il nostro soggiorno. Alla prenotazione diretta ci è stato assicurato di aver ottenuto un prezzo di favore e sul web abbiamo trovato offerte decisamente più basse, siamo stati invitati a scegliere menù alla carta per avere un trattamento vantaggioso e al momento del conto abbiamo scoperto di aver speso di più rispetto al servizio di pensione. Orari e accordi non rispettati. La cosa però davvero intollerabile sono state le frasi offensive nei nostri confronti con cui si è risposto alle nostre rimostranze. Un elogio a tutto il resto del personale che non riesce però a mitigare la maleducazione della titolare.
