Great hotel, great beach, great service. Highly recommended. The team is unbelievable good - for example, resident manager itself spend an 3 hour trying to solve an trouble with my booking. Then they made an upgrade for me, saying: "Because you have to wait so long". Oh, guys. Again - you are great.

So nice, they took good care with food and helped with allergies. They were always super helpful. I wish we would have stayed longer.

We stopped over here for one night, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service here. The staff here are the highlight of our stay. Everyone is welcoming, polite and very helpful. Samantha was highly attentive to us during our stay, and kept us company during our meals. He even showed us some of the crocodiles in the riverside, which was really cool to see. Robin, one of our waiters, was very friendly, prompt and efficient in serving our meals. William was the first to greet us, with flowers and drinks. After such a long journey, the warm welcome from William was refreshing and established a happy start to our stay. I honestly really like the aesthetic of the hotel, please don’t ever get rid of the crocodiles, it’s so exciting to see them in their natural habitat! The dinner menu was lovely and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pastry chef here made some lovely Vienna Rolls, chocolate cake and dinner rolls. I had zero issues with my room, it was very clean, the toilet was immaculate and I had a great night’s sleep. The back door lead directly to the beach, and the poolside is perfect for swimming. Thank you for the lovely stay.

My wife and I had a great stay for 6 days. The staff is very smiling, friendly and helpful, but especially Shashinta and Umesh (waiters) did a great job. They helped us locate the crocodiles in the river - very nice😁. The rooms are nice, big and clean and they are cleaned every day. The beach and the pool area is also nice and this is where we spent most of our time. The food in the restaurant was fine, but we would have liked a bigger variety. But we would in general recommend this place to everyone and we wouldn’t mind coming back - for sure 🌴😁

Well it’s my husbands birthday and we cold called for lunch. Our host Mr Shashintha offered us such excellent service. That we booked for dinner too!! The team made it very special and exceeded all our expectations!! We can recommend this hotel to all who want a special get away
