Все отлично, за исключением того, что wi-fi в комнате был нестабильным и меню a'la cart было уж очень скудным, а в пешей доступности нет ни магазинов, ни кафе. А в общем - отличное место для отдыха

We stayed for 5 nights on a half board basis. This is quite simply the best hotel on this strip of white sandy beach. Our room, an upper floor, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. An issue in the bathroom was resolved without a great deal of fuss. With thanks to Rupan, our sun beds with extra towels awaited us each morning and we spent lazy days watching the world go by, taking in a drink or lunch by the pool - try the deep fried king prawns which are amazing! Although we didn’t use it, the gym looked great. My husband used the spa and was more than happy with the service. We didn’t travel with children but Ruchira was a godsend for any parents that did. The food in the main restaurant, especially main courses wasn’t the best we had, it was quite repetitive. There was a seafood night on the Saturday which we thought would be fabulous but the chef on the grill didn’t seem keen on supplying any real quantity to make a decent meal which was a shame. I had omelette every morning and the lady with the tea tray always popped along and filled our cups with a smile. I do think we tended to compare the food with other hotels on our tour. One thing that did strike us was the rudeness of some guests. There wasn’t a single staff member that stood out for the wrong reason but we regularly watched staff clear tables without any acknowledgement - a simple please and thank you costs nothing. Same with the behaviour of some of the children which the parents just allowed. The staff don’t do their job to be tipped but very much appreciate anything they are given. When I started the review I initially clicked on 4 stars simply for the food quality; however, that would be an injustice to the hotel and its staff - it’s is an incredible place in the most tranquil and beautiful of settings and I hope one day to be able to return.

This resort was breathtaking and had the most amazing food. So yummy. The infinity pool was just mesmerizing and they had unique chalets as well. The inside of the chalet had a large bathroom and the bedroom was not that much spacious but it was cozy and nice. I was so in love with the hotel but One thing I experienced was the bad smell that came out of the washroom as the room and the bathroom was kinda connected through a door. We informed the necessary parties about this and they came to fix the smell but the bad smell was still there. That was the only negative thing that I encountered. We went snorkeling in the morning and got to see the most insane beautiful unrealistic sunset that i have ever seen as the sky was blood red and orange. I wish I could capture that moment but couldn’t as my phone battery died. I would love to visit this hotel again as this was that good.

Maalu Maalu was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was pretty and clean, the food was delicious. Everything about this hotel was luxurious. The hotel truly brought out the Tamil culture and it was a brand new experience for us.
