This region includes all state waters south of the Hernando – Pasco county line & north of the Anclote Key Lighthouse in northern Pinellas County,& includes all waters of the Anclote River.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:*Please no shoes in the house.*Respect our neighbors. Please be quiet between 10pm and 7am,*Please be absolutely sure that you are only using the dock space designated for the house. Perfect Haven
Great house on the water one of the few with private pool. Larger home than most all the amenities you could want(well maybe a clock on the wall by pool). House was clean and comfortable looking forward to staying next year!

Family wedding
Enjoyed our stay. However, I wish the host would include more than one wash cloth and hand towel per quest. Bath towels were plenty.
Also, I would like to recommend a hand rail getting into the pool.
Some of the counters and tables could have been wiped down better.
Water pressure in master bedroom sink very low. Also,If someone else was taking a shower in one of the other bathrooms water pressure in shower became low.
In one of guest bathrooms the stopper was broken.

Nice house with great pool
3 nights to celebrate friend's 70th. Had a major house problem before arrival but host notified us immediately and since we could not use one of the bedrooms/bath, refunded us a portion to compensate. The workers who helped work on the issue were polite, professional and very nice.

Great house in a great location
We were 4 adults and a young teenager. This house was just what we needed for our weekend stay. Nothing better than being able to jump into the pool after a long day scalloping. The house has everything you would need to cook up a storm. The house is clean and well maintained.
