Very accesible area.walking distance to Naia terminal 3. Nice Condo hotel

I have booked the same room for the start and end of the trip, here at trip.com. But, I got different rooms. The first room was okay, handling also. But the last one, this one, Room 9c, I think cluster B, with sight to the Maut Highway Station. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The echo from the other opposite house makes this a horror place. Motorcycle without exhaust, Ambulance, Police, stop and go, it was terrible. Inside the Room, no Hot shower. The Refrigerator was off and old cheese inside. In the cabinets old stuff. Disgusting. I waited more than an hour for someone to come so that I could go into the room. For travelers where every hour was important or after a long trip, that's a no-go.. At all, never again in Cluster B.

We landed in terminal 1. The hotel is located near terminal 3 and is an expensive cab ride away. The service was next to none. No airport pickup offered. Mainly security guards on the grounds. There were no shops or restaurants nearby and they do not serve food or drink.

Near the convinient store..Mcdonald,Lawso,Bounjur 24 hours to open…the room is clean..just walking distance going to NAIA airport…

The accommodation is almost good. The cleaness is also good. The receptionist didn’t have my information regarding reservation, so I had to go around several receptionist desks. In addition, as this hotel has several gates, it is pretty difficult to find entering their hotel.

泊まる、オーナーさんもものすごく良い人で色々大変してもらえて助かりました、後ロビーのスタッフの方々も素早い対応で１泊でしたけど、快適過ごせました。またフィリピンに行って今度長めに滞在したいと思っています。

空港からすぐで、ランウェイを通って歩いていけます。 ニューポートリゾートにもとても便利な位置で、反対側にはローカルの商店も並んでいます。 部屋には必要なものはすべて揃っています。
