En verdad a desmejorado en comparación a otra oportunidad el servicio de desayuno el domingo no cumple con las horas en que se programa 0700 hrs ya que ha criterio del personal de cocina y mesoneros los huéspedes los domingos no se levantan temprano y decidieron pasarlo a las 0730 hrs, En otro orden de idea el check out es a las 1100 hrs y ya a las 0800 hrs suspenden las tarjetas de acceso al ascensor/habitación servicio de cable Deberían seleccionar a personal que en realidad tenga tacto con el trato con los huéspedes y que entiendan que se cancela y se acepta un servicio que ofrecen en sus páginas de promociones y no lo que quieren hacer a sus intereses y sus comodidades algunos empleados

Biotel ha desmejorado en todos los sentidos: 1. Desde la entrada no existe vigilancia adecuada, cualquiera puede pasar 2. No existe puestos reservados para huéspedes, no existe prioridad para tal fin 3. Chiripas en la habitación, así es, "Chiripas", al reportar dicha situación en recepción lo que me encuentro es que la Señorita, me confirma que si y ya 4. En tres noches pasadas acá solo un día hacen servicio de limpieza y fue porque tuve que hacer el reclamo 5. Desayuno: han desmejorado enormemente, lo que más se lamenta es la atención sobre todo el de la muchacha 6. Lo peor a solicitar agua te dicen que debes bajar al restaurante a comprar y ruega que te atiendan 7. El nivel de ruidos y de música en muy pero sin exagerar en muy alto volumen, no permiten el descanso En conclusión: ya no puedo recomendar Biotel como opción en Barquisimeto. Desmejoro enormemente y no hay a quien sugerir ni reclamar. Que decepción 😕

Es un excelente hotel, con muy buen servicio, habitaciones limpias, buen desayuno (sobretodo el el criollo) incluido en el precio de la habitación, buen servicio de internet. De regresar a Barquisimeto, me gustaría volver a quedarme allí.
