Stepping inside the reception area you could be stepping inside a Buddest Temple as you are surrounded by well worn wooden floors with the deep glow from many feet. There are spectacular views across the valley to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, perched high up the opposite mountain side. The room we had was perfectly acceptable with all the amenities one could ask for, also the staff were all polite and friendly Food though was a disappointment, I found it very bland and uninteresting and before you say Bhutanese food is that way, I can assure you it’s not. Some food, at our various lunch stops, was exemplary, some very hot and spicy but all full of flavour. I’m sure Tigers Nest could improve theirs, perhaps it was tamed down to suit what they thought was western tastes, our group of 23 were just about the only people there.

Such a beautiful hotel this is. Buthan was an excellent experience but definitely the staff, the views and the whole experience in Tiger Nest Resort make it even more unique. Highly recommend place, they were so accommodating with all our needs. Breakfast was also sooooo delicious.

I had a lovely stay at Tiger's Nest Resort! I enjoyed the incredible views of Tiger's Nest Monastery, the traditional hot stone bath on the property, heated beds, and helpful staff who arranged transportation for me. Perfect location if you plan to hike up to the monastery!

Paro is famous for Tiger Nest Monastery and this resort is location in the same area you can literally see the monastery from your room window. Location and the view from this hotel is amazing. If you area early bird you can got for track. Rooms are Pretty decent and clean food and service is also upto the mark. Recommend!!

Its one of the most scenic trek that I have done. You go up to 10K feet from about 7500 feet over a distance of about 4 km. Half way is a cafeteria where you can have refreshments and wash room facilities. Up at the Tiger's nest are many temples, the main ones that we saw were 3 or 4. There are pony's available to ride up or down if you want and they cost about Rs 2K for down hill and similar for uphill. Start early like 6:30 am so that you can cover a lot before it becomes hot. Doing the trek at leisurely pace will take about 3 hours to reach up and about 2 hours downhill. Its worth the effort!!

Le Tiger Nest Resort est un grand hôtel jaune qui a la vue sur la montagne où se situe le Tiger Nest Temple. La chambre est grande et avec une baignoire dans la salle de bain. Il y a une couverture chauffante dans le lit ce qui est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et copieux mais il est servi un élément à la fois si bien que les toasts sont froid quand l’omelette arrive. Le jus de fruit est purement chimique. Un effort côté petit-déjeuner serait agréable mais sinon cet hôtel est agréable.
