I can’t understand why there would be other negative reviews other than perhaps they are competitors. But my wife and I just had a two nights stay and it was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable and elegant, and the bathroom was very large and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The service was absolutely phenomenal as was the breakfast and drinks. We will definitely return and stay nowhere else. The next time we are in Parma.

We just stayed 2 nights and loved this hotel. The room was large, clean, and beautiful. It must have been renovated recently. Everything is new and works great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The public spaces are gorgeous. Buffet breakfast was a large selection and good quality. Location is good 20 minutes to city center. We will stay here again if in Parma again.

Totally excellent grand hotel reopened in 2024 with fantastic breakfast and lovely rooms and staff. I don’t know what the motivation for lousy reviews by two earlier reviews were. Place just reopened 3 months and us glorious. Perhaps negative review was from a competitor other platforms shared with me this La r is great

Hotel veramente bello. Ringrazio Arianna e roberta e Sofia, sono state veramente disponibili e soprattutto pronte ad aiutare. I facchini mi hanno aiutato sia all'arrivo sia alla partenza. Ristorante e bar eccellente e molto accogliente

La chambre était agréable et bien équipée. La salle de bains (douche) immense. Petit déjeuner copieux dans une très belle salle avec vue sur le jardin. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Hôtel au calme mais un peu loin à pied du centre ville (15mn à pieds).

Und brauchten für eine Nacht eine Unterkunft. Übers Internet das Rauch Hotel gegoogelt, eine Reservation gemacht, angereist. Anreise easy, uraltes Haus, umgebaut großzügige Zimmer bei uns zum Beispiel Bad im Keller über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar, nachts für gebrechliche Leute nicht zu empfehlen. Geschlafen haben wir gut, ziemlich zentral gelegen,das Frühstück am nächsten Tag ausreichend, das Personal, teilweise von Hilfskräften durchsetzt. Insgesamt etwas überpreisst

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude mitten in einem kleinen Park. Schöne große Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Boden konnten wir die Haare der früheren Bewohner des Zimmers finden, auch Staub war reichlich vorhanden. Unser Hund, der sich auf den Boden legte, diente quasi als Staubfang. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie vollkommen inakzeptabel.

non adeguato al servizio di un hotel 5 stelle che si fa pagare come tale. assente all'arrivo il servizio di trasporto bagagli, personale al check in scortese e poco disponibile, stanze arredate con stile antico decadente. ho prenotato due stanze entrambe con bagno per portatori di handicap e una dotata soltanto di una piccola finestra sul tetto. unica nota positiva la colazione in giardino con l'unica cameriera cortese e sorridente. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato.
