I got a good stay at this hotel. They assigned me to triple room even though I am solo and thanked them for that. Large beds, facilities working just fine and lovely and filling breakfast. Lovely young staff at reception are all welcoming and nice. Silent neighborhood, walkabale to parks, arena, and Tashkent City Mall. Shoutout to Said and the nice girl at the reception and all the staff. Good hotel and worth it overall.

Staffs are very helpful and kind.  Room was spacious which looks very luxurious and clean.  Swimming pool is enough size to swim and play withe friend’s kids.

Две самые крутые вещи этого отеля - постель (подушки, одеяло, бельё постельное, вот прям 10 из 10) и завтрак отличный с хорошим выбором блюд и большими удобными столами. Ещё понравилось перманентное наличие фруктов в лобби отеля, для ночного перекуса нам с дочерью было идеально. На ресепции все мега позитивные и отзывчивые. Расположение не совсем центральный центр, но такси в Узбекистане так недорого стоит, что это не проблема.

The hotel is super clean. I am very surprised by how well they maintain the place. The boss told me that they may have overbooked but to my.pleasant surprise, they twice upgraded my room to a suite. The boss is very dedicated to the hotel services and made sure the guests are comfortable. Krokus is about 10-15 minutes away from Tashkent Airport. It is in a quiet neighborhood. While it is not that near tourist attractions, taxi is very reasonable here (USD 1-2) and front desk would help to hail a cab anytime. Sabrina and another Chinese at the front desk have always been helpful when I was there. Breakfast has a mix of local and Chinese items. There is a swimming pool to soak and swim after a long day of tour too. Overall, I recommend this hotel and am pleasantly surprised by the service standard they upheld

My room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light. I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

Выбирали между этим отелем и отелем Узбекистан которая рядом! В Узбекистане жили друзья! Из минусов в сравнении этих двух отелей - взяли туристический сбор, в итоге проживание было дороже! Завтраки скоромнее, опять же в сравнении с соседнем отелем, но основное все есть, кроме.. Кофе 😬 Только платно! В Узбекистане есть 🙏 Но.. Изначально ребят В Узбекистане заселили в такой номер, где их окон не то, что поддувало, там прям сносило ветром! Для ребёнка доп место, просто кинули матрасы 🫣 Только через ругань и прочее, им поменяли на номер с ремонтом! В этом же отеле такой проблемы нет! Номер большой, вполне тёплый! Чисто, убрано! Да, ремонт конечно не свеж, но и не убит 🙏 В общем и целом, жить можно! Цена качество совпадает! В остальном, кто хочет советской эпохи, велком в Отель Узбекистан! А если не, то в Ля гранд! Тут ещё есть бассейн, думаю с погодой пожарче он уже будет работать!

A nice small hotel. The location is good , in 5-10 mins walk you can find restaurants, bars, metro. It’s not the newest building but it’s clean and you have everything in you need. Thx a lot to the friendly team to being so nice al the time :)
