The check-in associate was the friendliest person I have encountered in a really long time. The Hotel was clean inside and out. There was many restaurants in close proximity.

Great, comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of amenities. Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection.

This hotel was very nice. We stayed here for two nights, breakfast included in the lobby was a big plus (our kids LOVED the make your own waffles)! The room was very clean, we stayed in the king bedroom and pull out sofa bed (which was comfortable) the hotel was a short drive to the main road and the beach and bay not too far away. The pool was out of commission but we could use the pool of their nearby hotel if we wanted to. Overall very nice, no complaints.

Wilmington is a place that makes me feel good every time I go. It's such a peaceful and beautiful place.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I got there a little early and they let me check in about 30 minutes prior to the 4 o’clock check-in. The room was super clean and the hotel was pretty quiet for the most part. The hotel is right on the Cape fear River and has a very pretty outdoor area with a pool and fire pits and seating. It was windy and cold when we were there so we didn’t have the opportunity to use that stuff. I also used the workout room, which was pretty good. It had five treadmills and two bikes. It wasn’t very big, but it was clean and did the trick. They had a great little coffee shop on the lobby floor that had delicious coffee and the lobby was super warm where I could sit and chat with my business colleague. It’s also located right in old town and it’s super cute and lots of restaurants bars and ice cream shops to walk to

Front Desk team was very welcoming and accommodating to my room-change request. The breakfast setup was kept clean and organized. I loved the cookies offered at the front desk.

The service was awesome. The facility was great and they also had great breakfast food. I gave you a five out of 10, but I definitely enjoyed myself in Wilmington North Carolina.

Hotel rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, just lots of homeless around the area.
