The host, Ahmet, is very helpful and ensures your stay is comfortable. They also serve a fantastic, traditional Turkish breakfast. Bu otel, Pamukkale'nin ünlü travertenlerinin yakınında ve Hierapolis antik kentine yürüme mesafesinde bulunan bir mücevherdir. Ev sahibi Ahmet çok yardımseverdir ve konaklamanızın konforlu olmasını sağlar. Ayrıca harika, geleneksel bir Türk kahvaltısı da servis ederler.

An amazing experience. They treated me like one of the family. This is a family run hotel. Jusuf, the man of the family and his wife Perihan were the sweetest people minding me and helping me with anything they could. I feel in love with their kids. The room is actually a whole appartment! 😍 Huge! A very large bed in a very spacious room, with an extra bed. Really confortable mattress, with a very important thing for me: a mattress protector! Believe it or not, not all hotels have this important hygienic facility. The bathroom is also very spacious. I did not use the kitchen area, however there is one It is a very peaceful and quiet place. You only hear the birds and dogs at times. Pamukkale travertines are 5 mins by walk from Titanic hotel.😍😍😍 Jusuf's friend: Junior, has a balloon and other tours agency. They arranged all my schedule. I recommend anyone reading this to organise their trip with him. The agency name is Metro. Overall, it was a 5 star experience for me. I will come back to them if I ever have the opportunity. Their hospitality made the difference.

衛生程度很好，我們去的時侯風光明媚，但位置其實是在另一區，整體離棉花堡景區還是需要10-15分鐘的車程，所在的區附近有個本地人在逛的市集，有空可以去看看。 這裡的人員主要是英文不太流利，溝通上得靠google翻譯成土耳其文才比較好理解，另外餐廳的衛生需要加強，蒼蠅與地上掉的食物不少。 整體spa跟溫泉設施還挺棒的！

We booked the hotel for pamukkale. We take shuttle bus from airport directly to hotel. The room is amazing! Clean and new The reception is very helpful and friendly We missed the breakfast but we tried the set meal at dinner time. The food in restaurant is very nice with low price. You can ask staffs to help you call taxi to airport and pamukkale if out of service hour

Breakfast spread is particularly amazing. Room is clean and big sized. Only small drinking water is given. Easy to find and very near the thermal pool entrance.

Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. Resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşlar oldukça nazik ve profesyonel. 3 yetişkin konaklamamız için bize upgrade yapıp standart odadan delux odaya ücretsiz geçişimizi sağladılar. 酒店環境舒適宜人，空氣清新，游泳池是特色，主打度假休閑！早晚餐還是比較豐富，對於在棉花堡小鎮來説，這家酒店的整理設施、環境和服務屬於小鎮裏算非常好的.這裏的服務員淳樸，在這要特別感謝Hasibe女士和酒店裡的甜點師們，感謝Hasibe熱心幫助我們在酒店裡為小朋友預訂了生日蛋糕。感謝酒店裡的甜點師給小朋友製作了精美的生日蛋糕。因為小鎮離Denizli 市區近30公里，交通不是很便利，訂蛋糕不是很容易的事情。
